   The frame arrived well packed. The only damage was a slight scuffing of the paint from rough handling. Assembly was not difficult following the included instructions. Tools were included. The completed frame is very solid and after using it for 2 weeks there are no squeeks or rattles. I have the 16 inch tall version so there is lots of storage underneath.

   The bed frame arrived with all the parts for self-assembly including nuts, bolts and tools. No parts were damaged or cracked. The instructions are easy to follow. But the screws are difficult to screw in completely with all the tools provided. The bed was rocking from loose screws. Hardware tools are needed. I am 5’8″, 120 lbs. My memory foam mattress is medium firm, 8 inches. In a few days, the mattress was sagging in between the slats and it was uncomfortable. Especially when sitting on the edge of the bed. I got thin plywood that covered almost the entire surface area and it made a big difference. No more sagging.

   on the 16” version of the full size bed, the center post is slightly too short, maybe 1/2” or less but till floating. when a mattress is on the bed, then the post reaches the ground, but i’d rather have it reach when nothing is on the bed, so i’ll be putting a piece of wood under the center leg.

   We have been looking for a platform frame to place inside our current beefcake that goes with our bedroom suit. We found this one which says it measures 76″. And the inside of our bedframe measures 76.75″. So we took a chance of this one and it fits perfect! We got tired of our squeaky box boards and wanted a platform but didn’t want to get rid of the bedframe we already have. My husband put it together, and said it was pretty easy. He had no problems and we had all the pieces we needed. Seems pretty sturdy. We have both layed on the bed and no more squeaking! We made a good decision to buy this platform frame.

   Love love love it!!! So initially we had box springs that came with Beauty Rest mattress. Husband decided the bed was too high for the dog to get on… 🤦🏼‍♀️ So he got bunkie boards. At first they were fine, but then something started squeaking… every time you moved or rolled over it would wake you up. So, he finally caved and bought a new mattress. Same issue with new mattress… it goes on for another 6 months after we got the new mattress and finally I’ve had it. I love our bedroom set even though it’s old…it’s solid though, so I was hoping to add a cross beam in the center and add slats to get rid of the bunkie boards. I describe to him what I want to do, and he says well let’s go look 👀 at new bedroom sets. 🤷🏼‍♀️🙃 Okay fine… we have a Cal King, trying to find something in Texas to accommodate our bed size is almost impossible. So we go to several stores and look around… nothing is really catching our eye, not to mention the quality of how furniture is put together these days… 🙄 We get back home… lay on the bed to hear the dreaded squeak… and then I get on Bedframes.shop to see what slats I can find and stumble across this amazing product!!! Husband put it together himself while I was at work… when I came home, first words out of his mouth were, “I feel so stupid…” Why?     Fairly easy to set up. So far no squeaks. I noted some cosmetic scratch damage upon opening as well as some rust inside at least on of the legs. I needed the frame however because I had a bed-in-a-box that needed to expand, so packing it back up and sending it off wasn’t really an option, I’ll update my review if it gets worse.

    Purchased for my son’s apartment at college. Lasted 6 months, then the front collapsed while he was sleeping. Advertisement says holds 3500 lbs…… he’s 6’2″ and 220 lbs. The metal tab holding that center section in place appears to be a weak point. Tried to contact seller, but keep getting redirected to Bedframes.shop customer service. After several conversations I will be getting what appears to be most of my money back. I will have to pack and ship it back though. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this product. One positive is that it wasn’t too difficult to assemble and my son reports it wasn’t squeaky.

    Okay, so I spent more time putting together the headboard I bought to go with this bed. I should have taken pictures, but it really was super easy to put together! The main parts of the frame simply unfold and lock into place, then you have to bolt on the legs – easy enough. Then you’re ready to attach the slats, which is also simple enough. The frame will allow you to attach a separate headboard, as shown. My headboard came with its own hardware to attach, but I ended up buying some separate hardware from Home Depot because the washers were pinching the metal of the frame. It is also worth mentioning that this frame holds up pretty well, it’s very stable. So far no squeaking, creaking, bending or anything else. And it definitely holds up to vigorous adult activities, even when involving more than two people.

    I liked the design of this platform bed, so I bought it for use in a guest bedroom. I wanted the 18″ high posts so there would be room for storage totes underneath. The folding center post and wooden slats made it very easy to setup, but the center support post was designed for a 16″ bed. It hung in the air 2″ above the floor. Obviously that wasn’t going to work, so I started to file a return with Bedframes.shop. It said I would need to ship the bed frame back to them, and because we had guests coming to stay, we cancelled the return and found a block to place underneath the hanging post. It’s a temporary solution because the bed slides easily on the carpet which slides the post right off its block. We tried using a 3M adhesive strip to tape the post to the block, but that didn’t work either. There was no information in the box about how to contact the manufacturer for a new part, so we’re stuck with a substandard bed frame.

    After having a box spring for almost 5 years, I finally caved and bought this frame. My box spring was sagging in the middle, causing my husband and me to lean towards the middle of the bed. I was skeptical at first, but I am pleasantly surprised at the sturdiness and aesthetics of it. It was fairly easy to assemble- the only negative I have is the bolts that came with it are not labeled like the instruction manual is. This is minor, as there are not many parts to have to figure it out. At 16″ high there is ample storage space underneath. I have only tried this frame for 2 nights and I have had the best sleep!!     So I like this bed for its sturdiness. I read some of the reviews saying no instructions were included but they are. It’s taped to the back of the screws pack. It’s just pictures showing what screws to use and where to use em. It also has tools included that u really can’t see until u take out the screws. Took me about 20 minutes. One part is a tricky to do if your by yourself jus because u have to balance both side bars while you put in the connecting supports. I was kind of bummed because theiddle support bar has rust and rust bubbles. But other that that this bed is good. No squeaking and solid

    Came to my house packaged well. Everything was in the box & everything fit, no defects or broken parts (small issue w/ the included wrench). However, this took way longer then I thought to put together. Definitely a 2 person operation. I wouldn’t have been able to do it with my daughters help. I would have been better off if someone told me “Yeah, toss the instructions off to the side. Just use common sense and you’ll get it. The instructions are confusing.” I kept grabbing a piece to bolt on to another piece after looking at the picture, but then having to refer right back to the picture – which I did endlessly because it’s not crystal clear and I wanted to make sure I was doing it the right way. Once I tossed the instructions off to the side it went together smoothly. The included wrench kind of held the nuts in place but once I started to crank down on the alllen wrench, the nuts spun within the regular wrench. So I had to get a pair of pliers to firmly lock down on the nut while I cranked the other end with the allen wrench. BTW the wrench included works but it’s so tiny & hard to get any leverage. I used my own allen wrench’s that have a thick, big handle on it which made it 10x easier. Tonight will be the first night my daughter sleeps on it. She’s laying on her bed right now watching TV and just going off of that, there are no issues. I’ll update this if anything fails. Overall, I recommend this product. The pics aren’t how I would have taken the shots. I forgot to do it but my daughter captured the two pics that I included. Not sure how helpful they are. Almost forgot the main reason why I chose this model; I wanted her to have a bed where the mattress does not recess at all. I wanted this kind where the corners of the mattress are flush with the edges of the frame. I could slide the mattress right off if I had to without having to lift it up first to get it out of the recess. BTW – the mattress is brand new too which is an Olee Sleep Galaxy Hybrid 13 (full size). *** UPDATE *** So one week of my daughter having it and the frame is solid as a rock. The under bed storage is very helpful (the reason I got the 18″ version). The combo of this frame along with the Olee Galaxy 13 hybrid mattress is amazing. I’ve been laying in there with her to watch some movies and the frame is rock solid. I’m so glad I went with this version (wood slats and the mattress goes right even with all the corners so no banged shins).

    If you have squeaks, give your slats some booties! I like this frame but it started squeaking off and on about a month after we assembled it. It was very noticeable on hot days followed by cool nights, so I think the wood expands and contracts and rubs against the metal frame. Anyhow, I discovered this solution online – you can use socks (I had enough tired old ones but you could also splurge at the dollar store) to cover the ends of the wood so they do not rub against the frame. You can either remove the mattress to do this or lie on the floor and pull the slats out one by one. We have had zero squeaks since we did this a month ago. Hope this helps 😀

    Very sturdy bed frame and was easy put together. There is a lot of space for storage underneath which is a plus. BUT there are sharp corners and very hard edges all around the bed with a leg right where you get into bed making future injuiries and stubbed toes inevitable. It is comfortable and really quiet but I will have to invest in padding and a bed skirt to make it safer because we already threw the packaging away and taking it apart at this point would be a huge pain.

    TL;DR: Product is great. Customer service is great. Ordered the twin size bed. it arrived when expected, free of damage. When assembling it we realized we had 3 “B” legs and 1 “A” leg (instead of 2 each). One “B” leg was mislabeled as an “A” To no fault of the packers (see pic). I contacted the seller through Bedframes.shop and they responded promptly and sent a replacement leg. There were issues with the shipping partner that delayed the delivery. I contacted the seller, and they sent out a second replacement. That leg also go delayed for no apparent reason in transit with the shipping partner. To be fair this was also during the Christmas/new-year shipping rush. I don’t hold any of that against ZIYOO, just elaborating for context. After a couple weeks of no update on the tracking numbers, both the legs arrived. We assembled the bed and all’s right with the world. The seller’s customer service was always prompt, polite, and helpful. This is the second bed I’ve purchased from this seller and both have been incredibly sturdy. Would highly recommend both the product and this seller (“ZIYOO”).

    I got this bedframe May 2023 I was absolutely in love with how easy it took me only 25 minutes and how I could store things under the bed now two this date is jan 31 of 2024 and it has already broke on me last week ,Just the one leg where the welding is connected which is so weird because it says that this bed can hold up so much weight and I can guarantee you. I’m not that much. I do have kids that are under four that sometimes jump on it, but that shouldn’t make a difference , I was so pleased with this bed and paid so much money for the California king to now have to throw it out & have to figure out a new bedframe. Just figured I would give an update not expecting anything, but just to give heads up . As I always look at the reviews and look for the good and the bad.
    All I am saying is this bed might not be bad for you when u get it as it has been a great bed up to this date I’ve had a great experience with it, but it also didn’t last me that long either when it was saying how heavy duty it was wish it didn’t happen or I would’ve kept my satisfied review up !

    It took me an hour to put together. Made only two mistakes, but they were easy fixes. This bed includes the two tools you need to build it. I was scared I wasn’t going to be able to do it alone, but to my surprise I built it all by myself. The downside about this bed was that it was missing two screws. I’m still able to use the bed right now, so I will find the 2 screws at Home Depot once I get the time. I’m overall happy with my purchase, there’s absolutely no squeaking or box spring needed. Let’s see how it holds up in the future. I recommend this no hassle, sturdy bed.

    I love this bed frame! It was so easy to set up that even our 3 year old wanted to help! We have a 15 inch memory foam mattress that we set on top of it, made the bed a good height. The only thing is that it just sits on top of the frame, there is no corner closings to keep the mattress in place so sometimes when we play too roughly on the bed 😉 , It will slide a bit over the frame and we have to slide it back in place. Other than that (which is no biggie for us) the bed is a great buy to elevate and get your mattress up off the floor and also has good storage space for underneath!

    Just assembled this TODAY, so I cannot attest to the sturdiness aspect. My husband & 13 yr old assembled it with no issue. It SEEMS like it’s well built. My big issue is the fact that it’s not long or wide enough for the mattress it’s supposed to hold! The mattress is hanging over about 1″ – 1 1/2″. I even double checked the box to make sure they sent me the TWIN XL. I really hope the mattress won’t slide around, as there is literally nothing to hold it in place. Would hate to have to disassemble and return.

    To be fair, I have not actually slept on this bed yet, nor put a mattress on it, but it is assembled and seems very sturdy. While everything is still fresh, I will leave my review now and perhaps revise it after I have (literally) slept on it. The box it arrives in is heavier than I anticipated. Given that a few select reviews mentioned issues of the center legs not being long enough as compared to the four corners, I carefully laid everything out straight from the box and measured all the legs with a tape measure to make sure that they were all the same size — fortunately, they were (16 inches). The assembly instructions were generally straightforward but it took a little extra effort to make sure that I was using the correct screws and bolts when I was supposed to. The instructions do explain it, but it isn’t as clear as it might be. Still, anyone who doesn’t just forge ahead and instead proceeds deliberately should have no problems. It came with one extra screw than was necessary for the corners. All of them fit the holes and were long enough, but two of them happened to not completely fit the little provided screw driver. No screwdrivers that I had would work on it, so for that single one (like I said, there was an extra) I had to use a pair of pliers that I had handy to help make sure that it was fastened tightly. Again, remembering that a few scant reviews said that the wooden slats were not long enough, I was pleased to see that all of mine properly fit in my Full size bed frame. The distance between all of the wooden slats is between 3 and 4 inches — that’s great because this bed will allow me to place my mattress directly on it without any other support (my mattress specifies that the distance can be no greater than 4 inches). Assembly took me about an hour. There are a number of holes in all three legs at the head of the bed to easily accommodate a headboard. The clearance under my 16 inch frame is 14 inches — I’ll be using all of it for storage space. The bed feels very sturdy and safe and I really look forward to getting a mattress on it and sleeping on it. One more thing: though it advertises that this Full bed frame is 54 inches wide and 75 inches long, I’m happy to say that in reality it is about half an inch less in both cases. This is good news for me because I like the fact that the mattress will be just about half an inch larger and I can avoid hitting the frame when getting in and out of bed.

    I’m 6ft even and 245 and it is doing just fine. I also have a 14 inch mattress on it and put the headboard from an queen frame I bought. I did only mange to get 3 bolts in it out of 4 though and had to get longer ones from hardware store.
