good value, but the bed is pretty low to the ground. I bought for my 3 year old and thought she could use for a while. However in a couple years might need to upgrade so it’s not so low. our princess lover has no complaints! very sturdy and looks good.

The only thing I disliked about this bed was how long it took to assemble. It took an hour and was extremely tedious. I have never had a piece of furniture take as long to assemble as this one, but it was worth it because my daughter loves it.
Box Spring – I decided to use a box spring. Although the metal beams are close enough together to provide support, it is a personal preference.
Strength – My husband, 3-year-old, and I lie in bed and read bedtime stories every night, and the frame seems fine. But all three of us and the mattress and box spring are just about max capacity for weight (350 lbs).
It is worth the purchase. It is beautiful yet sturdy.
