    I haven’t even put this together yet but I opened it on my new carpet and I’m already sorry. Box looked as if it was stored on the jungle of the Congo for a decade. Opened it and now I have broken Styrofoam pieces covering a thousand square feet just pulling headboard and footboard out. I dont even want to put to it together tonight anymore. It will take a full hour of just unpacking each individually wrapped piece and then vacuuming the million-and-one pieces of styrofoam that now make this bedroom look like it snowed in here. Disgusting. The gripe continues: finally put the bed together (takes 2 or 1 strong/technically minded individual). Found out 2 of the supporting rods were wider than the frame itself. One so much so that my husband had to grind 1/4″ off each side and it was STILL too long. We had to force the edges to stretch and accommodate those 2 pieces. Do NOT recommend. Would have returned at sellers expense if my guest hadn’t already arrived and needed a bed ASAP.

    I’ve had this bed frame for several months now and it’s still just as lovely as it was when I bought it! Putting it together was very easy and took about 30-45 mins. It is very lightweight and can be easily move around even with a mattress and box spring on it. I’m not quite sure how sturdy it would be for a large adult. My husband, who is 180lbs, said it felt sturdy enough laying on it. We keep it in the guest bedroom and it is tall enough to store some boxes underneath. All in all, a great purchase!

    This certainly is a pretty bed, perfect for the darker aesthetic my teen is going for. I love all the storage under the bed. It seems sturdy enough. Assembly wasn’t hard, but they are serious when they say not to tighten the bolts initially. Seriously, the bolts could only be a couple threads in or the slats wouldn’t fit. Once we backed the bolts out nearly all the way, the slats went right in and we cranked on the bolts. My only complaint – the powder coating has come off and we are already seeing rust.
