    Used this item for staging a house/room. It was very easy to assemble for 1 person (F). I highly recommend assembling on carpet or a blanket. I used the cardboard box it came with, so I didn’t scratch my hardwood floors. A standard twin mattress fit perfectly. The metal slats do not “lock in”, so they clatter if you sit on/lay on the bed. I ultimately would add a padded piece around each side of the slat bars, if I intended to keep this unit after selling the house. It is an attractive piece and looks nice with the other black Ikea furniture that is in the room.

    This bed frame could be considered cheap but for the price I think it’s wonderful I’ve never built anything before but this only took me about a hour to put together not hard for someone that has never put anything together before . It’s beautiful and my 4 year old loves her new bed . I would recommend this bed frame .

    This product was easy to put together. There was one thing though.There was a part that wasn’t in the directions.In the end there was nothing else so I figured it went to the headboard. It does make it easier to put this together loosely at first. I then went and tighten everything up.When it was all done. I had this product now for about 3 weeks no complaints.

    Im a 60 yr old woman and put it together by myself, easy to follow instructions. They give a roll of insulative tape for where bars cross on the bottom but I also cut small pieces and put them between each bracket and support bar. It tightened up the fit and there is no noise whatsoever getting in, moving around or getting off bed. The height is great for under bed storage and not to tall to get in or out of. The mattress i have is 14 inches plus 3 inch pillow topper. It was a great buy!

    just assembled my twin platform bed today. it was slow going at first, i inventoried the parts paperwork and it was all there, then slowly assembled the bed according to the instructions. very easy to understand the assembly process. had my son help me finish the last part of the bed slats, i was getting tired. when all done it feels very sturdy and comfortable.
