Overall the installation was very easy. 1 part came damaged and getting it replaced was super simple. The final product is absolutely beautiful and I’ve loved it. BUT…… During the first use I noticed a small squeak but it wasn’t bad enough to be annoying, after a few weeks, however, the entire frame squeaks EVERYWHERE ! every small movement causes numerous squeaking which is wonderful for a light sleeper like me 😭 THE HEADBOARD SQUEAKS TOO !!
Maybe it’s because I’m fat, but my old cheap platform never squeaked, I guess thats what I get for wanting a headboard.
At this point I don’t even want to return it because I don’t want to go through the process of dismantling this one and putting together a new one.

This bed is super affordable and cute.. however, the base of the bed is now noisy and has bent a little bit. Even though we’ve been very gentle with the bed and only use it to sleep, we don’t have kids or anybody that would be roughhousing on the bed. I’d say it’s an affordable option for a spare bedroom that won’t get used regularly…we will eventually move this into our spare room and buy a sturdier frame for our bed.. for the price it’s fine I just don’t think it holds up well with regular use.
