    The metal structure is very fragile. I’m 120lbs, it supports me. When my husband sat on it, one of the bars bent and then broke. He’s a normal, 220lbs man. That’s how fragile it is.

    I worked really hard to put this together, with my daughter’s help. If you take your time, the screws will fit properly and it will not squeak. My problem is the size. It’s just too big for my daughter’s twin size mattress and she doesn’t have a cheap one. We moved a few months ago and I couldn’t find the screws for her wooden bunkbed that’s why I purchased this. I just ordered a bed skirt for it so I hope it would look better.

    I have limited space and was using a folding cot in the spare bedroom. Unfortunately it left little to no under bed storage and wasn’t very sturdy. This frame is fantastic, simple, sturdy, no need for box spring and with the height plenty of storage. Under one half I can store my Great Danes bed and still have the other half for storage. So happy with my purchase

    Frame arrived in good condition; no damage and no parts missing (in fact, 1 extra was included for each screw and nut). Takes a little time to assemble, but instructions are clear and no issues encountered. (Although it IS possible to overtighten the screws and deform the frame, so be careful.)

    Only complaint is that the dimensions are inaccurate. I wanted a frame the exact size of a twin mattress (75″x38″) so that the mattress would cover the entire frame. In reality, the frame is 77″ x 40″, so the corners are exposed and there is a little bit of a gap at one or both ends.

    After a few months you’ll probably have to look at the screws and rescrew them in, but overall I think I’m satisfied with how much room it gives you to place things under the bed and keeps the little dogs from climbing in peeing on everything
