So I will start out saying that I love the features and details. The stairs are cute and the shelf across the bottom bunk is sweet. Also like the shelf space behind the slide. The only issues that we had was the directions are a bit vague. Pieces 61 and 63 were not even listed for their placements. And the screws that were for the doors on the steps were too long. Without over turning the screws will still go through the wood. The doors also are small. Once on they leave some space that I really didn’t care for. Other then that the bed is still nice, could be priced a bit lower considering the issues. FYI it is a lot of pieces so be prepared.

Some scratches on the headboard from poor packaging but overall we were pleased. Could of have better instructions but luckily my husband Is good at putting things together without them.

Pretty easy to assemble and looks nice when done. We were missing one small piece and I sent an email to the company. I received the entire bunk bed. I was thrilled!! The top bunk is a little shakey with 40 lbs on it. So I will be using the extra parts to reinforce it. Overall wonderful customer service experience and I couldn’t ask for a better quality bed for the price listed.
