   Item came with no hardware. We had to buy the hardware to assemble it. Than the corner was not even square and the mattress doesn’t fit right. It weighs about 150 pounds so shipping it back is almost not an option. I live in a rural area so it was not an option for me. Bedframes.shop gave me a little refund but it still isn’t right. I feel the seller should be out the funds. I would not buy this product!

   The joint leg plate was missing and had to make my own version. See photos. The wooden supports are of poor quality with mismatched holes. The screw adaptors and loose and non functional. I used decking screws to fix the legs to the supports. I have reported the problem to Bedframes.shop and they refunded me 30% of the cost as it was 3 months since delivery. Very fair. The bed looks pretty if you have the patience to redesign it yourself! I would not recommend this item unless you are a good handyman.

   Very nice bed I highly recommend it if you are willing to put it together. Instructions were horrible and inaccurate. Took me 2 hours but at the end it was worth it. Looks amazing in my bedroom.

   I received the bed early. The instruction where abut confusing , but I got it together. I put the mattress on and made the bed up, my daughter ( who weighs 180 ) sat down on it and laid back. I heard cracking sounds she got up we moved the mattress and saw that the piece attached t the side rail had come off and the slats had broken and the legs under the slats had come off the the parts that where screwed in to them. I didn’t get the warranty so I’m screwed. I will try to find away to use it. I will never buy another bed here again.

   This frame was so difficult to put together. First I set the delivery to atrive between 9 and 12pm. It didnt arrive until after 3. As other reviews have stated the directions are NOT CLEAR. We didn’t get this put together until almost 9pm. The tools were all over the place. When we opened the box, the red package with the tools in it were ripped open. So tools have fallen out of the box, I found washers in my building hallway and screws at my front door. We didn’t open the box until we got it into our room. No peices are labeled despite the directions using labels. This frame is gorgeous afterwards, it was just a long process.

   Order bed for a quick, easy, & simple set up. I was missing select screws. The board that go in the middle weren’t fitting properly. I was able to get the full frame together without the middle. I used my old metal frame & placed inside. It does the trick for now. I. Okay with the outcome

    The delivery was pretty fast it was really easy to put the headboard and footboard together but the slats was really confusing but overall I got it put together in about 31/2 hours alone. The quality looks and feels A1 You don’t necessarily need box springs my pillow top sits really high with boxsprings. 10 out of 10 high recommend.

    This is a great bed for the price and very comfortable. It give the room a more elegant feel. One major issue I have with this is that all of the hardware is put into one bag and you have to figure out the pieces (like screw B vs. screw C). The other issue is that the directions are HORRIBLE! It’s a lot of a guessing game based on the picture. The bed itself is great and the fact that it give you two center supports makes it more stable. The crossbars are basic wood planks but distribute the weight well It took me about 2 hours to get it up but a lot of that time was spent trying to decipher the directions 🙂 All in all very happy for a sub-$400 bed.

    Purchased this king size bed , was the worst purchase ever. Where to begin, missing screws, bad design, terrible instructions, bed broke a month after usage, fixed it, kept falling apart! Please save yourself stress frustration and money! Don’t buy this product!

    Slats broke after a week but it’s an ok product for the price range I recommend to reinforce the slats with 2×4 or completely changing to metal on setup
