The item is very nice but the tools they send are not good and the little screws mess up too fast as in they hollow out so make sure you use a good fitting screwdriver

You better Have 2 people around to help put it together.I am a widow age 67.It took me a week. It nice enough but I gave it 4 stars because it’s Supposed to be a 12 inch mattress. It never thickened up to 12″.All in all i’m satisfied enough with it.

The bed is the perfect size for us, the mattress goes right up the the bottom of the first cubby hole. We’ve had it for a week and it’s been very sturdy so far.
Assembly is easy but takes a long time. It took us a few hours to do, but that time could probably be cut in half if you have an electric screwdriver or something like that. Make sure to follow the instructions very carefully so at everything is facing like it is in the picture, we had to redo a couple things cause we screwed them on backwards.
The only issue we’ve had so far is that the bed will sometimes make a noise when we get on it, but only when you first get on. It’s quiet when moving in bed so it won’t affect your sleep. The remote to the lights also has to be within about 1 foot of the lights for it to work, so make sure you’re very close to the receiver when using the remote.
Overall, we’re very happy with the bed and have found it a great upgrade to the old one.

Very cute bed frame and very functional and my daughter loves it.
Reason for the 3 star is for the assembly, some of the screws were just barely long enough to work, and we were even short 1 screw (which we found at a hardware store.) It took 3 very frustrating hours just to put the headboard together, after that everything went fast. The magnets that hold the vinyl hide a way up, are not very strong, so we added velcro to keep it closed better. And in the end she loves it and that’s all that matters.

Got this for my daughter, it comes with the tiniest of screws and the holes are even tinier. My hand hurt tremendously halfway through putting together. If I had known it would be this tedious of a job I would have never bought it. Nice item… but very frustrating trying to piece together and the direction are not clear
