   Although this bed frame was inexpensive, I expected it to be little stronger. The wooden slats used as support are very thin and not very secure. Some slide loose when sitting on the edge of the mattress. After a bit of adjusting I was able to get them to stay. The bed is not used nightly so there have not been any further problems. I most likely would not purchase the frame again.

   The California King bed is supposed to be good up to 800lbs. (according to the item description at the time of purchase and review). However when we assembled the bed frame there was a warning label on the frame that says 500lbs. As a result when my family (adults, kids and dogs) were on it, it began to break. After less than 1 week the cross bars began to snap and break. I contacted the seller since this was clearly not the same as the description. They would not provide a paid label to return the item. It took almost a month of going back and forth to finally receive a refund when I mentioned the Bedframes.shop A to Z guarantee. Definitely would NOT buy or recommend.

   The support boards under the bed cracked and broke right away. It’s creaky and uncomfortable. Waste of money.

   It’s easy to assemble. The quality of the fabric is great! We wanted a bed with drawers to help with storage. I do really like it overall. The appearance after it is assembled looks flimsy, but it’s fixable. The wood support beams are not so firm. We added the ones from our previous bed and it’s better. The drawers don’t have rails so we have to make sure you put them in correctly. If you have cats they will easily open them if you have wood floors. We added velcro so the cats don’t get into them easily. We are moving out of state soon so we also wanted something inexpensive and that looks great. After couple of adjustments everything is good.

   Extremely easy to assemble. Made cheaply with low quality slats. Drawers do not fit well. Headboard was cheap, and broke within two days.

   First off of you don’t like putting together ikea furniture you’ll hate putting this together. The instructions are non existent and the guide photos are awful. Thankfully my husband was able to figure it out. Now they send a little mallet to help put it together but after one use trying to put pieces together, it broke. The pieces we were sent aren’t all the same, as you can see from the picture it seems one was welded wrong. I messaged the seller and they said they would send me the correct piece within the week. It’s been a month, I tried following up and still no replacement piece. My husband was able to make it work because he has the tools to fix it but now the drawer doesn’t slide into place the way it should. It still works as a bed frame but moving forward we’re going to be better off building our own frames rather than dealing with all of this.

   Definitely lower to the ground than I thought it would be. But all in all beautiful and definitely worth the cost.
