   Easy assembly when you lay out all the parts first. I noticed there was a mistake and I received one part too many on F and one too few on part E. I contacted the seller and within 3 days they sent me a whole new bed frame. I wanted to use my Box Springs and the seller said it could be done. From the floor to the top of the mattress is 32 inches. I am 5’11” so this is doable for me. I had 12 inch zip ties and I secured the Box Springs to the frame, I doubled up on the zip ties to make it more secure. . I did this because of the reviews that stated that their mattress moved around on them. I put the Box Springs on the slats with on problems. In other reviews they stated that the slats broke. I didn’t have that issue. I put the first bed frame together and waited for the missing E part, so when it came I could quickly get it together. The clearance under the bed says its 12 1/2 inches but with carpet its more like 12 inches. The bed frames seems to be solid and sturdy. I purchased the King size frame. The seller was very quick to get back to me. I sent a message and within 2 hours I had the issue resolved. I will update this review if anything changes. I had a very good experience with the seller.

   The pros are, solid frame, easy to assemble, attractive. The cons are the slats. They are laminated wood with a paper sticker to make them look synthetic in the picture. Regardless of the material, they are too fragile for use. Two broke after light use by my 140 pound daughter.

   Good sturdy frame, i was concerned about the slats they look like nothing, but they are, indeed strong. I’m a big dude, falling through my bed would, while comical looking, not be cool.

   all the hardware and tools needed to put together were there. Instructions were super easy to follow.. bout 30-45 min in total i think was all i spent putting it together (remember broke a lamp )

   Was surprised by the smaller box for a queen size platform frame. All the pieces were beautifully packaged and included. Instructions were brief but very effective. Finished product was better than I thought and it came with a waterproof mattress cover. Highly recommend!! Well worth the price for this quality product.

   I purchased this for my 15 year old 185lbs son. We are a super active family and don’t spend much time in our rooms, therefore not on his bed. He sleeps there only. The other night we walk into his room after hearing him let out awww and laugh a little. We found him butt sunken in the middle of his mattress. It was a little funny but a tad frustrating, being that we made this purchase 32 days ago. There was no jumping or horsing around. Maybe we got a batch batch of slats, but ours did not last. Just a heads up. Great price, bad outcome.

   Bought this bed a year and a half ago. 2 weeks after assembling slats started breaking. Sent em a message about receiving replacements and never received them. Been duct taping the wood slats back together the whole time every time 1 breaks. Messaged em again this week and they gave me a useless out of warranty answer. Junk product. Half the slats are broken at this point.

   This did not disappoint. The directions were easy to fallow and everything was labeled. It did take several hours to put it together. The one thing that we used to tap the plastic brackets to frame was a rubber mallet but most would pop into the holes. You have to bend the slats to get them into the plastic bracket that was the most difficult part of assembling the bed frame. It came with a waterproof mattress cover which was nice to protect the new mattress. I like the fact you do not need bed springs any longer. It is very sturdy and worth the money.

   This piece wasn’t allowing the next piece to be inserted. I managed to pound it out somehow, trying to straighten it out. It was worse when I first saw it, I should’ve taken a photo then. I actually gave up, such a damn waste! Manufacturers should be more attentive to QUALITY. This really makes you look bad! How are we to know until we piece everything together that there is a defective piece? That isn’t my job, it’s yours!

    Where to begin… For starters, this item took an unnecessarily long amount of time to assemble simply due to the fact that the instructions had a total of about 5 words in the entire pamphlet, making you feel more like a Boy Scout trying to earn a badge in assembling and crafting, rather than someone who simply wants to sleep comfortably at night. Once you actually figure out how to put everything together, you feel a rush of joy and accomplishment and decide to take a nap on your new frame to reward yourself…and then you hear the creaking. If you have ever been on “Ghost Rider” at Knott’s Berry Farm, the sound is not too far off the mark. Fear and uncertainty regarding the strength of this product will keep you up at night, afraid that the wood beams will snap any minute. Then, after about a week of using the product, you will begin to develop a sense of trust and feel as though your doubts were misguided…until you hear the beautiful sound of the wooden beams sliding out of their positions and onto the floor. Then, naturally, because the frame has less support, the beams that struggled to stay in position are now struggling to hold up more pressure themselves. This lasts for all of five minutes before the remaining boards start breaking in half. TLDR: Took forever to assemble, wood beams provide no support. Weight limit is not accurate.

    Update: Another bedframe arrived with the same broken pieces. This company needs to fix this issue & package these pieces better. The extra wait for the needed pieces & lack of fixing this issue is causing me to lower this review. The bedframe is awesome, but broken pieces are unacceptable. Plus, I think they are no longer offering partial refunds for their mistakes- probably because of so many people having the same issue that the company is probably losing money! This company needs to get their act together & fix their product’s shipping issues The bedframe is really nice quality- quality metal, thick screws, & pretty easy to put together. I put this together myself with no issues with building it. It is also very solid once put together. The height below is about 12 inches. It is a nice sized area for storing stuff. 1 plastic corner piece arrived broken so I contacted the company on a Saturday. The responded later that day (on a weekend!) stating that they would overnight me a replacement piece 1st thing on Monday. On Monday they contacted me again to confirm my address. On Tuesday midday I had a One Day Air-ed package at my house containing 2 replacement corner pieces, even though I only needed 1. They were very apologetic & offered me a discount too. That is the sign of a great company who stands behind their product & gives you confidence in your purchase! Highly recommended!

    Realized after a few weeks the uneven support was causing back pain. Turned out I was a couple days past the return date. Seller doesn’t offer any other frames, so I couldn’t exchange the item and the seller was unwilling to offer a refund. Well fast forward by two months and the frame is now falling apart. I have to get up multiple times during the night to lift the mattress and re-insert the slats. So I now have back pain and sleep issues, and a bed frame I can’t afford to replace. I only weigh 175 lbs. This item is poorly engineered. DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME

    Put the bed frame together after I received it right away, it is easy to put together and definitely super sturdy. It doesn’t make any noise nor shake like my old bed frame at night, and the color and design of this bed frame is just so beautiful.     Didn’t even get past step 2 of assembly because the holes were not properly drilled to attach legs to frame, they were either not drilled to allow the screws to be driven in or were not spaced properly.

    I’ve had really bad experiences with slatted bed frames before so I was very leary when this showed up.

    The assembly, while a bit time consuming, is easy. The tools you need are supplied but having a personal set makes things just a bit better.

    The slats ar bowed to offer a bit of support and the frame is tall enough to offer room for under-bed storage.

    Fairly light and easy to position as well as being able to support two, fairly hefty folks. I am exceedingly happy with this product.

    It was really easy to assemble and you don’t need extra tools because the package comes with the only two you need. It’s a tall bed frame which gives a lot of storage space (and cat space). I love that the wooden plank things come with the frame and are intergraded into the frame itself. Very worth the money and it came in the mail lightning fast.
