   No holes preset on the wood panels. And the drawers are a mess!!! The drawer lacks proper sliding tracks/boundaries, causing it to wobble and move off its intended path.

   This was purchased for our 10 year old daughter. There really aren’t many good thing to say about it except all the pieces were accounted for (only one damaged) and it was cheap. Cheap is a key word here, as it is a prime example of getting what you paid for. The bed is horribly unstable and rocks all over the place when you move on it. The bolts have all been securely fastened, but the design is way under engineered and impossible to make more secure due to the bed underneath needing clearance to roll out. If your child is more than maybe 40lbs, I’d definitely avoid this bed. It really does feel like it could crumble. I’ll be fastening it to the wall as a safeguard. I wish there was a way to get our money back without having to package the entire two large boxes back up (which would be virtually impossible) and returning. Learn from our mistake!

   Let’s start with the mishaps and missing/broken pieces. The pictures show the broken USB outlet box. All the plastic tunnels that the screws fasten to were broken so the box just fell off the front of the plug. We tried contacting company so they could replace just that box since the bed is over 70 lbs I didn’t want to return the whole bed frame just for this smaller piece. The company did not get back to me so a little gorilla glue and electrical tape is what I’m hoping works. The pic of the horizontal-hole bolt was to show I was short 10 of those causing us to take a trip to Home Depot so we could finish. While we were at HD, we decided to get another wood plank for mattress support. You can see in the pic without the mattress there is a larger gap. All the planks were placed according to their measurements. So we added the extra one and are still leary as to weather or not they’ll hold up. They seem really flexible, add a 10” mattress and an adult and I’m fully expecting some to break. Time will tell. It’s for a guest room. The pic of the upside down drawers depicts the “pre-drilled” holes that came from the factory, along with their screws in the directions, caused the wood to split. We had to remove the screws, add a ton of wood glue and clamp it overnight to dry before drilling the holes again and re doing it. That seemed to work.    The bed itself feels really solid. It’s made from pine wood and MDF, and the slats are sturdy enough that you don’t need a box spring. Plus, the foam tape helps keep things quiet, which is great for a peaceful night’s sleep. The rustic wood finish also adds a nice, cozy touch to my room.

   We got this for our toddler for her first “big girl” bed. It wasn’t difficult to put together however there were multiple boards that did not have the pre drilled holes. The drawers would have been impossible to put together if my husband wasn’t so handy. The bed all put together is very wobbly and creaks with the smallest movement. We had to screw it to the wall to keep it from moving so much. Not a horrible purchase but definitely would not recommend for adults…maybe teenager as the oldest. The led light strip is useless it doesn’t stick at all so we will have to buy our own to replace.

All the planks were placed according to their measurements. So we added the extra one and are still leary as to weather or not they’ll hold up. They seem really flexible, add a 10” mattress and an adult and I’m fully expecting some to break. Time will tell. It’s for a guest room. The pic of the upside down drawers depicts the “pre-drilled” holes that came from the factory, along with their screws in the directions, caused the wood to split. We had to remove the screws, add a ton of wood glue and clamp it overnight to dry before drilling the holes again and re doing it. That seemed to work. Ultimately, I plan to put hardwood into this room. As it is, I have carpet so I had the added challenge of figuring out how to get my bed and shelves to easily come out. I ended up getting 3” round carpet gliders, cutting a rectangle hole into the felt side and sticking the wheels into that. It’s an “iffy” fix, but not like I’ll be using them daily so it should be fine. If I planned to use it daily, I’d take the wheels off completely, add a wood block on the corners and fix the gliders to that. I might still do this as the wheels were a huge pain. They are smaller than the wheels for the drawers and the bottom of the trundle and the shelves drag on the floor like there isn’t even wheels on them. The drawers come with larger wheels and they seem to work normal and easy on the carpet. Not sure why I didn’t get those same wheels for all the pieces. That might be a future option as well. All in all, it did suck to have to go buy MORE things to get this bed functioning as it should. It would’ve been nice for the company to provide me enough as well as working parts, but it is what it is. I agree with all the other reviews with the screws being an eye sore, but I liked the storage options with this bed. I will say, the set up of the shelves isn’t ideal either. There are support wood pieces securing the headboard to which the shelves have to go over it with 2 wheels and then those work as a stopper so the shelf doesn’t come all the way out. Ok, but since the wheels are so small, the shelf basically drags on the wood and tips a little as well. Most importantly, they’re are no tracks for any of these things (trundle, drawers, or shelves) so again, I’m betting things aren’t going to hold up for long and I’ll be looking for another bed sooner than I planned. I gave it 3 stars because it did come quickly and was packed well. The directions were in English and fairly easy to follow. Not to be mistaken that we didn’t need to redo a few things. I’ll give you a few hints: 1- it’s ideally a 2 person job 2- pre- drill over all their pre-drills or you’ll split the wood 3- make sure when making the shelves, you have all the non-painted sides together. Yes, I found out the hard way that you CAN attach some backward. 🤣😒 4- most importantly, make sure it’ll fit in your room. This is our smallest room and this is a pretty big set up.     Pretty easy to assemble even though the instructions were in German for some reason. The only bad thing about this bed is I’m missing a face and a side panel for one of the drawers that’s suppose to go under the bed so that’s a bummer. Also it smelt like mdf board for about a month

    Let’s start with the mishaps and missing/broken pieces. The pictures show the broken USB outlet box. All the plastic tunnels that the screws fasten to were broken so the box just fell off the front of the plug. We tried contacting company so they could replace just that box since the bed is over 70 lbs I didn’t want to return the whole bed frame just for this smaller piece. The company did not get back to me so a little gorilla glue and electrical tape is what I’m hoping works. The pic of the horizontal-hole bolt was to show I was short 10 of those causing us to take a trip to Home Depot so we could finish. While we were at HD, we decided to get another wood plank for mattress support. You can see in the pic without the mattress there is a larger gap.
