Bed frame was obviously poorly constructed and designed. Many of the pieces did not fit together correctly or were easily broken when minimal movement and pressure were applied. Incredibly difficult to put together. Not worth the money or effort, buy something else or somehow get a professional carpenter to help you assemble it.

I reached out to the company about the missing parts. They sent me a picture of what the parts should look like. Clearly I know what the parts should look like. That’s it. They sent a picture of the missing parts and told me to look in the box for them. No offer to send the missing parts. So we cannot properly use the lights as the remote control is missing. I will not purchase anything again from this manufacturer because of their poor customer service.
