   We are very satisfied with this purchase! The bed is just what we wanted with the shelf above to lay stuff on and the plugs and USB ports are perfect. It did have a lot of parts and took my husband about an hour to put together. He is an auto body technician so he’s handy with the tools so I let him have at it and I stayed out of the way. We purchased a quality thick king size mattress which fits perfectly. It’s heavy so it doesn’t slide around. We were use to a higher headboard with our previous bed so realize this headboard only comes to shoulder length when sitting with a pillow behind you. It also sits lower to the floor which has worked better for me at 5’ 3” when getting down and sitting to put on my slippers. Also, there are metal legs to kick in the middle of the night so my hubby put black foam noodles that he got at Home Depot and it has saved our toes! Hope that helps, Happy Sleeping 😴

   …easiest thing I’ve ever put together. By myself. I bought two for my girls’ room. I speculated a lot between this one and two others on Bedframes.shop some with built in lights. But I wanted the shelf. I wanted something that my girls (age 1 and 3) will grow up into so I don’t have to buy a new bed. Teenage me would’ve loved the shelf to put pictures and knickknacks on. And the charging port. Of course. I added a light bar that plugs straight into the USB port on the bed. And if course added a princess canopy. Perfect.

   The only trouble i had with putting it together was the part where i had to connect the storage piece up top and legs to the headboard itself. After that was done it got really easy to do as a one person job. I love this bed frame and it in turn made me love my bed again . I even stood on top of it after i built it so i could check the sturdiness. I’m 280 lbs on a good day and yesterday (1/11) was not a good day lol. It’s mad sturdy. The labeling of the instructions were a little unclear in the beginning of building and that’s why i had a little trouble , it was just fine afterwards. There’s also HELLA storage space , both on the headboard itself and under the frame. I got the headboard in the Color of Beige and Walnut and i thought i wasn’t going to like it, but it actually goes well with my room ! The Queen sized bed frame fit so well for what i was going for!

    First, let me say I love the bed frame! It’s sturdy, but not heavy and I like the aesthetic. I think my son will enjoy this bed for quite sometime. Whenever I decide to move, this will not be disassembled as the first hour of the assembly was frustrating. I’m grateful I had someone here to help me, because I’m almost positive I would have given up. I hope I explain this correctly in the event that someone else runs into the same dilemma. I ended up pulling up a Youtube video on how to assemble the bed frame along with using the booklet instructions that came with it. The headboard is 3 separate pieces. The wood piece with the rectangle opening for the USB and outlet inset, the fabric board and then the wood and metal piece that sits on top of the outlet piece. The piece with the rectangle cut out is only supposed to be wood, no metal frame. The wood piece that sits on top of the outlet cutout is supposed to have a metal frame piece on the top and bottom (screw holes are attached). Apparently during manufacturing, someone decided to screw one of the metal pieces from the top wood piece to the piece that has the rectangle slot in it. According to the instructions AND the video, this is incorrect. When we attempted to attach the metal sides the the headboard, over and over again, not only did the holes not line up but the headboard wasn’t even straight enough to even try and align the holes to screw anything in. We knew something wasn’t right. After unscrewing the headboard for the 4th time and watching the YouTube video several times, I figured out that the metal piece that was attached to the outlet wood piece needed to be removed and screwed to the wood piece that sits on top of that piece. The metal legs were ready to be attached. Annoying as hell, but once we figured it out it was a victory! That part took over an hour to do. While the packet of screws are labeled on the cardboard packet that they come in, you may want to take picture on your cellphone of the unopened packet before you open it. The plastic and cardboard do not separate without having to either tear it or cut it and you lose part of the labels you need to decipher which screws are which. It would be nice if the actual screws could be labeled, but it is what it is. If you are not a professional furniture assembler or just have a natural knack for this kind of stuff, you will more than likely need to go between the booklet instructions and a YouTube video. This particular model doesn’t come with all the same pieces from the booklet to the video, if that makes sense. You’ll think you’re missing pieces and have to send the bed frame back if you’re not paying attention to both the video and the booklet. For example, in the video this particular model shows that there should be 3 #10 pieces (the T-bar, if you will) for the side frames and a middle support for the frame, but the booklet shows 2 #10 pieces (only side frame supports). That part didn’t take long at all to figure out. Overall, it took us approximately 2 hours and some change to assemble the bed. Again, thank God I had someone to help me! Except for the side frame supports, the frustration was over after the headboard debacle. I’m proud of myself and my helper for not allowing this frame to defeat us. I’ll come back in a few months to update you on how it’s keeping with my 16 year old sleeping on it. For now, it was worth the buy. I’m happy with the outcome, not so much the process. I know this is lengthy, but as I said I sincerely hope this makes sense and helps anyone who may encounter the same issues.

    I built this all alone and it was not very difficult whatsoever, just tedious work, took around 2 hours. If you have the ability to lift 40lbs on your own, you’ll be able to build it too and you can complete it faster if you get help. My partner and I are bigger people (around 575lbs together) so this bed has been a good fit for us, it supports us, doesn’t squeak or feel like the mattress is sagging, truly no box spring needed! The headboard is sturdy and it should last, leaning against it is no problem. The space under the bed is very convenient for our purposes. The only problem is their color selection, I would have loved to see more monochromatic designs like a completely black build but other than that, perfect!     The bed is amazing, we got the king size . I build the bed by myself within 2 hours, very beautiful bed … only thing I would consider are the side legs , we bumped our toes a couple times and yes it really hurts 😂 we put a pool noodle around it.     We love this bed frame and are in shock you can purchase something for this price point. Great value for the money. All hardware included with tools. Simple instructions to follow. Also, unlike other platform beds it does have under bed storage room which I like. It is almost to high because I’m short 5’1, we have a 15” mattress. The frame is made of steal which should be more durable. Overall I give this frame a 5 star for sure. Very pleased with our purchase. Oh it is beautiful frame too.     UPDATE: 4 months later and I still love it. My back went out and so did the support of my old bed frame. So I decided to find a new frame with metal supports instead of wooden like the old one from the super pricey furniture store. I chose this one and it was delivered to Alaska in 4 days, which is unheard of. It came in a much smaller box than I expected, but I put it together, by myself, and it was so easy. The moment I laid down on it that night I felt the difference in the support of the metal slats and my mattress no longer sags in the middle, imagine that! It is a lot lower to the ground than the old one, but, I don’t even care. It’s lightweight, but solid. It doesn’t even have any slight wiggle or anything. The padded headboard is nice to lean against and the shelf, while small, is more than wide enough for my water bottle and my phone. The charger in the shelf works great, I am finding I have to flip the cord over the back while I’m sleeping so I don’t move and accidentally pull my phone down on my face because I have a super long cord to charge while using my phone while I should be sleeping. But if that’s my only issue, I don’t have an issue. I’ve slept on the new bed for 2 nights so far and honestly I’m wishing I had bought it 2 years ago. I think it’s perfectly priced and if you’re going between this one and another one, you won’t go wrong with this one.

    I got so excited when I seen that I wasn’t getting the bed frame earlier than what was expected. My husband and I put it together the same day. It took us maybe an hour or so. Not long, as it was simple to read and put it together. We’ve never slept on a bed that didn’t have the box springs so for a bit I was thinking the mattress would slide everywhere. It’s not as short as you’d think if u have a 14-16inch mattress. And there’s plenty of room to store bins underneath. So to my surprise when my husband and I went to “bed”.. the mattress did not slide at all and the bed made no noise. We are about 500lbs together so I was pleased to not hear a single peep from the bed frame. Also was very pleased that the mattress stayed in place. I know it’s only been one night but it’s definitely worth the price. The look of it is a plus. It’s simple and useful. Don’t hesitate, for the price u can’t beat it. Get it!

    Building it wasn’t bad, instructions were clear. However I’m terrified of these horizontal metal slat beds because every single one I’ve ever had one of the slats will get damaged from use them collapse and you’re fighting with keeping it together, SO I threw two 1/2″ boards over the entire length of these slats to distribute the weight better. After everything was tightened up, no squeezing and everything works. My only annoyance is that id like some backer down the length of the head board. Id put my phone down and stop it in the casm that exists where the pillows go. I can fit in this space between my bed and the head board I’m 6′ 210lbs so I’m not small lol. Over all the colors great, it’s comfortable and was exactly what I wanted

    Easy to put together (though the first 3 or 4 steps is easier if you follow the YouTube video. Took about 2 hours by myself. It looks amazing. Plenty of room underneath for storage (fit a kids trampoline down there with room to spare). It’s really sturdy, the metal has some weight to it. The parts that screw to the shelf had to be bent back into position but it was easy enough to do. My only real complaint is that the shelf is too narrow. I wish it was just and inch or so wider so that I’m not as concerned my kid knocks stuff off. Overall 10/10 would recommend

    Moving into a new spot. It was my first time buying a “nicer” frame and I was very concerned about expending too much money or not enough and then getting a crappy product. This was right in the middle of that based on price & reviews but I was still a bit skeptical even when I got it. Needless to say I love it! I had someone else help me build it. & given we’re both pretty type A personalities managed to get it done without 1.5 – 2 hrs. Looks great!
