   The frame and headboard went together nicely but don’t expect much from the slide out drawers. The wheels that attach to the bottoms of the wire drawers will not attach to the wires. The drawers are not really functional so I’d recommend something without. Nice color and sturdy but the drawers are a huge disappointment. I pulled one of the drawers out and the wheels fell off as shown in the picture.

   This bed is so cool. I feel like it’s 1989 and I just got a water bed and I am thee coolest b!tch on the block. Except water beds and the 80s are still better ANYWAY the cool bed, I love the storage headboard and there is an extra little hidey hole at the bottom. I love that the drawers are optional. We have a baby on the way (due in July!) and both storage and versatility are so important! The storage headboard will eliminate our need for nightstands for now, I love that feature. This was fairly easy to put together. I’m 4mos pregnant and over several hours I put it together while Dad To Be was working. The instructions were clear, all the parts were included, and everything fit together perfectly. The mattress we purchased fits nicely. I’m very pleased with this purchase overall.

   This product is definitely cheaply made, but I guess you get what you pay for. It was easy on the cost side and easy to assemble. There were two parts that were damaged but the company said they would send replacement parts. Still waiting on the parts, it has been about two weeks but I assume they are located out of the US. Even though the parts were damaged the bed is able to function. Damaged parts were for one of the drawers. Over all, I love the design and the beds pretty nice looking in my room.

   Honestly only thing keeping this from being a full 5 star is a simple improvement. If the drawers would have had assembling tracks to slide on to keep them in place and snap into shut position like the magnets on cabinet drawers it something. They seem to loosely put in giving my cat something to move and wake me up. Otherwise overall it’s a really great product. The fact I can keep a lamp on the top portion and have it plugged in and a wax warmer, then use my USB chargers for watch and phone is perfect. Not to mention I love the look of it!

   Took me less then 1hour to install Everything is basically self explanatory on the instructions. You will need some kind of power tool to screw them in faster but do not use too much force when torquing use the tool that was provided to just lock them in good

   I was impressed with how easy the instructions were to understand and how perfect everything went together. I assembled this entire bed by myself and I didn’t have any problems at all and this isn’t something I would normally tackle by myself. Great product and looks very nice in my home.    This bed is definitely one I havent had due to the outlets and drawers, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Pros: The bed is convenient; having the outlets and shelved headboards for you to put your daily used objects on like phone, laptop, lamp, etc. As well as the drawers, it saves a lot of space you had to make in your room to organize them there. It has 2 charger outlets and 2 usb outlets. It’s sturdy and strong, but easy to move if you want to move it somewhere else within your house. Comes with tools. Cons: The drawers roll out—instead of sliding, which is what we all assumed—and the big wood it’s attached to makes it unbalanced when you pull it out so it will tip over slightly. Luckily there’s a little contraption it sticks to on the bed so that’s what keeps it intact. The bed is not easy to set-up, and definitely not a one-mans job(but that goes for show). My girlfried and I set it up and it took us 7 hours. Keep in mind, though, I am inexperienced in building a bed while she is, so it still took us a while. There is a lot of parts to the bed and sometimes the screws won’t go in properly which is what makes the time-span longer. When item arrived the box it came in was slightly damaged, it was also incredibly heavy to bring inside(as expected) so you either have to have 2-3 people to help you or bring it in yourself. Parts are heavy, so beware. The little screw tool it came with, was helpful, but it would be nice if we were to use an electric drill instead or have more than one come in the package so time goes by faster. We had to share it along the way because you can’t use any other tool but the one it gives you. Overall, I love the bed, and despite all the hard work it was worth it.

   I got this mattress a few days ago and it was really easy to put together as one would expect from a large piece of furniture. The quality is pretty good and it looks really nice but my 10in mattress is too low so the headboard is high enough for the mattress to slide underneath. Because it’s not supported on the sides, it makes it so easy to slide around while you’re just sleeping, I can’t imagine doing any other activities. So just make sure your mattress is 12+ inches and you should be good. Otherwise really cute!

    The screw holes were messed up had to go buy a tap and die set for $80 to be able to assemble the bed. Something that’s pre assembled shouldn’t have these issues. Using the tap and die was easy and it is a nice bed, but had i known the issue I wouldn’t buy it. If you really like the bed then obviously you can get it and overcome the issue, I just didn’t want to return it, I hate returning things, but I wouldn’t recommend. Also the middle legs don’t touch the ground before there’s weight on the bed, even if you extend the legs as far out, you’ll completely unscrew them before they reach where the foot and head of the bed touch, but that coooouuldd be my floors, so I’m not 100% on that one. I live in a pretty old building and I don’t know how level the floors are so that’s why I say I’m not sure. It looks pretty much just as pictured, if you really like it definitely still get it but if you’re on the fence then these are things to consider. I didn’t rate the storage because I haven’t built the drawers yet, the top is really nice it’s nice to have somewhere to put small things and charge your devices right on the bed. I am re submitting 5 stars instead because of the outstanding customer service. Like I said I liked the bed and there were issues building it, after seeing their attentiveness to the issue and their persistence to make things right I would honestly say if you like the bed absolutely get it because even if you bump into issues like we did I have no doubts the company will make it right just as they did with me. Also! I did build the drawers now and they’re huge so it definitely has saved me a lot of space being able to put stuff neatly under the bed. I also have actually slept on it every night basically since building it and I can say it’s a sturdy and not entirely silent but for sure quiet bed. I’ve enjoyed the purchase so far and don’t regret taking the extra step to make the product work. It’s also really nice at the headboard it’s basically a nightstand with how much space you get for little things up there.

    The frame is overall gorgeous, but I do have some small issues with it. To start out, and this doesn’t matter to me, the wood doesn’t seem to be real wood, the welding is not the most crisp but that’s on the inside, and just so those who are interested is aware, the drawers do not touch the ground or get that close to it. Another thing with the drawers is that they can look a little jankie and they are probably the cheapest build for this set. Once again though, the frame still ended up overall beautiful and it is pretty sturdy!

    This bed frame is great!! It is easy to assemble (25F) and took me less than an hour by myself. The storage under the bed is AMAZING!!! The only downfall is there is no lip, so the mattress is able to move around quite easily and hang off of the actual frame. The shelves above the bed are quite small as well, but a good size for books or small trinkets. The second shelf is great to plug your phone into the outlet and keep your phone on the shelf while sleeping! Overall I am very pleased with this product, especially for the value!

    I love this bed I read the reviews before I bought it and the only “bad” was about the wheels on carpet but I have hardwood and they work great for me. It is a little difficult to get the drawers closed and “locked” into place with one hand. I had some apprehensions about the plugs in the head board because I have another piece of furniture with plugs built in and when we tried them they started smelling and getting hot so we don’t use those but no issues so far with this bed! The platform slats were tight but they don’t require any bolts or screws so that’s fine! I am a 5’3” female 140lbs and I put it together by myself. You do need to pay close attention to the instructions for the headboard to make sure everything is put together correctly but once that’s done it’s smooth sailing!

    The bed frame is very easy to put together, and is very sturdy! There is no shifting or squeaking at all! Mine arrived damaged but customer support was SO helpful! Very nice & would definitely buy again! (If you have cats or small dogs they CAN get under the bed by the headboard! I didn’t realize that until we got it, but it was an easy fix!)

    (Please ignore the room since it hasn’t been fully set up yet.) but this bed is super cool & practical. the drawers work pretty well but i think the carpet really helps keep them inline otherwise they can be a little floopy. i also didn’t use the covers/liners they provided because they were a little too cheapy so i’m going to try to find better ones. the outlets work! currently charging my phone with it while writing this review. set up was fairly easy but take your time. it took me about 2 hours all together. Let’s hope it lasts!
