   Do yourself a favor—DO NOT buy this bed! From the start, I had trouble with two legs not assembling properly. I reached out to their support team, and after weeks of back-and-forth with painfully slow responses, I was left with no real solution—just instructions that put the entire burden on me to fix their defective product. Then, after all that waiting, I woke up nearly on the floor because a third leg had failed and it’s only been a month since I bought this bed. I reached out again, and now they won’t even respond at all. This is beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration—DO NOT BUY THIS BED!

   After the first week the middle of the frame broke and it could hardly hold any weight. Then shortly after the corner side broke. DO NOT BUY THIS BEDFRAME. poor quality for the price. Smh!!

   This bed frame was easy to assemble with easy to follow directions. All parts fit good. Low profile sturdy and strong bed frame. I love the color of the wood. Does not make any noise when in use. Great value for the money. My mattress fits perfecct. True to size. Mattress stays in place no box spring needed. Decent height average in my opinion.

   Ehh is the best way to describe this bed frame. The cherry cooler is much more red than I expected which is the least of the issues I have with this. The wood is cheap and soft. The screws you put in to hold in the middle supports don’t even set into the wood so much as spin freely. Directions aren’t great either. But it’s a bedframe.

   I had my handman/lady put my new bed together today. She mentioned that the instructions were pretty shotty. Several words were misspelled. She found it easier to look at the picture then to read the instructions. She has put many pieces of furniture together for me over the years, and found this one to be the most challenging. I took a nap on it, and so far so good. I love the height of the bed. My previous one was to high, and this is much better for both me, and my 70 lbs senior dog to jump up on. I like that it matches the rest of my bedroom furniture also.

   This queen size platform mattress frame is deceptively versatile. Its quiet elegance and rich color blend easily into formal or casual settings.    The frame was straightforward and easy to put together. The supporting slats attach to the frame with a clever hook-and-loop strap system, which enabled me to install the entire set of slats in just a couple of minutes, all secure and evenly spaced.

   The deep rich espresso stain of the wood is beautifully even, and the wood itself had no splintering. The final assembly is sturdy with no sagging or buckling. It enhances the room with its warm elegance and charm.

    I purchased this bed frame for my new king-size mattress, and I’ve realized that frames without a headboard are much more comfortable than those with one. I found this frame, and I don’t regret my choice. It was easy to assemble and looks great. The frame seems sturdy and stable, fitting my mattress perfectly. However, I’m unsure about its long-term durability. I will update this review if I encounter any issues in the future.

    If you want to wake up with a dramatic crash landing (on the floor), get this bed! It’s a piece of junk! The center “support” broke on the 2nd night. With one person occupant. They have to put a crappy bed into the smallest box, so they sent a center support that comes in 2 pieces, and then another small piece of wood connects the 2. This is AFTER having to fix where they misaligned the side rail bolt holes. (That’s not even where it broke.) it is poorly manufactured. This entire bed has been a true nightmare.

    I’ve out together a ton of furniture these last few weeks and I can say, without a doubt, this is the most poorly designed POS to try and put together. The holes don’t align, the boards are different, some holes are too shallow for the screws, some screws are too short for the holes, there are even holes that have no function and isn’t in the directions! the list gets longer the more you work on it. If it’s any indication with the very first step, the directions are awful. Just look at the photo, EVERYTHING (screws, washers, allen wrench, bracket) is labeled as H3 so you just have to make an educated guess where everything goes. Just an overall terrible product. We’ll see if it’ll even hold up to one person sleeping on it.
