I purchased two of these for my toddlers and i absolutely love them. They are adorable and I love the style. However, there was two issues. One being I think one box got wet because it looks like water damage to it. The second issue is, you can put anything on the bottom shelf really because it just fell through the bottom under the mattress. It’s pretty sturdy for smaller children but when I laid down on the bed with each kid, it felt like if I moved the wrong way it was going to fall through. The assembly was pretty easy except when it came to the last page and the shelves were a little confusing. It sits pretty low to the ground which I love for my toddlers but not too low as you can probably buy slider drawers for underneath.

I ordered and received a children’s bed that did not have directions for assembly which is fine and can happen sometimes. I communicated through Bedframes.shop Customer support chat and received the contact info for the Bellemave and reached out via Chat and never received a response and then called 4 times and the call was picked up and then immediately hung up. Review based solely on not being able to get support during regular business hours
