   Assembled this bed in a few relaxed hours. The bed arrived in a carefully well packed box. The frame is made of real wood. I am impressed with the Mortise joints and nut and screw hardware. Extremely better than 90% of the manufacturers out there. Picture instructions were basically fine. Pay attention carefully to pics and future attachments. I occasionally had to unscrew, flip a piece 180 degrees and screw back together (no problem). I would not hesitate to purchase “Julyfox” solid wood products again.

   This bed was not easy to put together because the instructions were only pictures and not very self explanatory. One of the drawers was damaged as seen in the pictures above. That part won’t be seen once we can get the drawers to go in all the way. They seem to get hung up after sliding in about 4 inches. The bed itself is nice & seems very sturdy. It is larger than I thought it would be for a twin daybed but that is not an issue. It is a nice looking day bed. We are waiting on our mattress to arrive so I can take a picture of the finished product. If anyone has an idea on how to get the drawers to slide in all the way, that would be a great help! All in all we are happy so far with our purchase.

   Exactly what I needed and pretty easy to put together. Only negatives, drawers don’t work as smoothly as I’d like. They tend to need to be adjusted as closed. Also none of the pictures show the big brass bolt heads that are on each side of the drawer fronts. You do see their companion receptacles on the sides of the drawers in the pix. I had hoped for a cleaner look. Still a good fit for me.

   I needed a bed for my teen to help with a very small room. It comes completely flat in one large & heavy box. It is made with particle boards with a paper “veneer.” Much like most of the furniture at Walmart. It did assemble fairly quickly with the locking nuts. But inserting the drawers was difficult. The slide attached to the drawer is plastic. I imagine it isn’t going to stand up to daily use and should be used for storage that isn’t needed very often. I doubt it would hold up to children jumping or bouncing on it.

   It’s a very nice looking bed. It was easy to assemble. My only complaints are that the middle drawer would barely open and close so we had to lube it, and my biggest complaint is that as you can see from my pictures, the drawer has ugly screwheads showing while the picture on Bedframes.shop does not. It ruins the whole elegant look of the bedframe, and makes it look cheaply made

    A surprising amount of storage! It does take a while to assemble, and there are three screws,one each in the bottom of each drawer, that have to be inserted at an angle but seem to pop out. I used three fatter screws and had no further issues.

    I’ve been sleeping on this bed for near a year now, and I have to say, it’s my favorite bed frame so far. That list is not long, but DOES include a bed that reclined, so I think that’s pretty impressive. I’m fat. Big. Hosslike. This bed makes no noise, no complaints, when I flop down on it like I weigh half of what I do. When I use my knee to get up, it doesn’t groan or creak like one of the (oak, I think!) staves is going to break. It’s nice.

    The drawers are fine- I’ve stubbed my toe on the handles a few times, which isn’t great, but that’s about the only complaint I can really rustle up. It wasn’t too awful to put together, to my memory, it had everything in the box and the instructions were……well, not amazing, to my memory again, but y’know, the thing’s put together right and trucking right along a year later. So it can’t have been that bad. Honestly, you couldn’t go wrong to buy this bed frame, in my experience with it. It’s great!
