   I searched hard for the right bed for my bedroom revamp. I am so pleased with my selection of this bed. It’s low enough to the ground to not have to hop up but not so low that we have to bed down/squat to get on and off like a true platform bed. We love the motion sensor floor lights and the light on the headboard. I don’t think I’ll ever use the party blinking mode, but my kids love it. We like the white light for reading and red light for mood lighting. The headboard storage is perfect for my desire to not need nightstands. A wireless charger for my phone fits beautifully on the bed. We did cover the little light on the charging port with a piece of black electric tape, as it always glows bright, as another review mentioned. The velvet tufting is lovely and everything seems well made. We added felt pads to the legs and haven’t heard a sound or felt the bed move around. Instructions were clear and assembly was not a challenge for me to construct on my own.

   I think this is a nice bed for the price. So far it seems quite sturdy with two adults. The lighting and charging station all is in working order. My only thing is the bed frame was a tad hard to build and a bit time consuming and I feel the direction’s could have been a bit more detailed/ more descriptive. The wiring was confusing at first but once you figure it out it’s smooth sailing. I really like this frame. We used with a box spring so if you do choose to use one too just know some of the headboard will be covered, (we are ok with that though and still love the look). I’m really excited for the nightlight features as I’m clumsy in the dark and these will be perfect for if I get up at night/in the dark. Over all I’m happy with my purchase. It took about 2 & 1/2 hours to fully build the frame and plug in everything.

I was Very Very skeptical at first because I’m a heavyweight lol but I was sure to read descriptions on weight capacity along with sturdiness…. And this one checked all my boxes and more from the led lights to the tall head board! I love the studs on it 🥰the velvet soft touch!! It look just like the pictures!!!    TLDR: A lot of things were broken, missing parts, nothing was labeled, a lot of holes didn’t line up. I was super excited for this bed frame, I took my old bed frame & mattress out and started building around 6 pm w my bf. Initially we noticed 90% of items aren’t labeled and for the FIRST step we were missing 5 pieces. We felt like we were going crazy looking everywhere but accepted defeat lol, I go online to contact support only to read they’re not available on the weekend and it’s Saturday. My bf and I head to Lowe’s hoping to find some L brackets, we find “similar” for $5 each but we had to make the hole big enough for a 5/16 screw bc apparently to Lowe’s those don’t exist 😅 Every step of building this had an obstacle. The wood part was chipped twice, USB-C doesn’t work, the outlet area isn’t secured bc it’s not possible, the motion sensor light doesn’t work, neither do the underneath lights. By the end of this even our cat was sick of it 😂 The bed frame was finally done after A LOT of determination at 2 am. I’m not usually a particular person to complain but I genuinely feel like I deserve a refund, this bed frame was too expensive for all of these complications.

   *Updated review 2/20/2024* The customer service contacted me in regards to the bed and disfunction of the USB charging dock and offered refund — However, Due to the size and weight of the bed, it would be way tol much hazzle to return the bed — The seller offered partial refund for the USB port — I am satisfied with their amendment — I appreciate them reaching out and changed the review rating to 5 stars. Thank you — Pros: Relatively Affordable, Sturdy, No annoying squeaky noise. The sensor lighting is a nice touch and I find it quite useful. Cons: Some pieces are quite difficult to assemble, I didnt know it was a velvet type of material (not a fan of velvet as it easily collects dust matters), the quilting is not as defined in person, I made it by myself but suggest you have a helper, the USB port lights up but doesnt work, doesnt charge anything, Personally not a fan of the studs. Overall, I dont love the bed but its acceptable for the price.

   I just got this bed in the mail. It’s a nice bed but I’m having a really hard time putting this bed up. The instructions they give you should be against the law, because wtf is this. I would send it back but it’s already out the box. Just know I won’t buy again. It may take me a lifetime to put this bed up and it shouldn’t be this way. So I’m giving it a 3. Edit: so after 7 long hours and finally putting it together. The bed is Very nice and comfortable. Too many Parts and to time consuming for me. I’ll update to a 4.

   I like this bed so far and just wondering how it will hold up over time. It shipped well packaged and delivered by FedEx earlier than expected. All parts were enclosed with no visible damage and some extra screws sent. It took me quite a while (my weekend 4 hours each day) to put this bed together alone but it was not hard as far as understanding the directions and attention to detail. If you are not a handy person or have issues with paying attention to detail (respectfully), then this frame maybe difficult to put together. The instructions are all pictures. The only draw backs that I think I may enhance will be the wooden slats, sides of the bed frame are too thin (either they need to be thicker or steel- personal preference), and the headboard is not as tall as I expected but it is doable. So far, it seems very sturdy. Nonetheless, great value for the money and it doesn’t disappoint!

Also, a lot of the pieces were not labeled, so I had to really look at the instructions to figure out which piece was what.     I was nervous about by this as other heads had more reviews, however, I bought it anyway. I absolutely love it. It wasn’t very hard to assemble. My son and I had it done within a couple hours. The only good thing for us is that FedEx brought it right to the door with their larger dolly than we would have had. The box of very heavy and very long. This bed is built very sturdy. Lots of support bars for the mattress and the headboard and frame are well done. I like the footboard sensing lights. They really are sensitive to movements from all angles and come on. The headboard light I’m a tad disappointed in but not enough to remove a star. There seems to be no option to keep the light on and changing the light settings is hard as the control for them is behind the headboard and hard to access. I’ve used both the remote and the button behind the headboard and the longest the lights will stay on is an hour and I like to read longer than that. So that part is a pain. However, the bed is still worth it and I love how high the headboard is considering I use up to 3 pillows when I prop myself up to read and even then, there’s lots of space. This is an incredible king bed headboard and frame. I would definitely buy again.

    I’m giving it a 4 because the bed is nice and came out exactly how it looks. I got the cream one and i love it! But I got this bed specifically because of the charging port and lights. The usb port works but the c port charger doesn’t. Also I like the led lights but it didn’t come with the motion sensor lights under the bed. I would like for what I paid for. Building the bed was easy but it took a couple hours to put together by myself. It is very sturdy and I like the accent it brings to my room. But again if I got everything I wanted this would’ve been 5 stars.

    Edit: The seller gave me a full refund and I did not need to ship the item back because the box was not usable. I appreciate them doing the right thing. The headboard and bed frame are not packaged appropriately for the size and weight of box. Broken in two spots and fabric ripped in several areas.     This purchase was for sure worth it. The bedframe is very sturdy and stable. There is zero noise when getting on the bed, being in it, moving around, it’s very quiet which I love so much. It sits very low to the ground so be aware of that. I think it’s a beautiful bed frame and looks great in person. The led lights and motion sensor lights are both neat and work as they should. It’s a very heavy bed frame to move around in the box, 2 people is preferred to move it. I did all the putting together of the bed frame and moving it around myself, but having 2 people would help a lot. It does take time to put together the frame, every bit of 2+ hours, but it’s worth it I promise. The fabric feels nice to the touch, I love the recessed area above the headboard, it’s nice for holding my phone and the built in charging ports are amazing to have and convenient. I definitely recommend this bed frame to anyone who is looking at this product. I was skeptical about buying it at first because at the time there were no reviews and it was newly released on Bedframes.shop, but I went for it and I’m happy I did. My package had no damage to it whatsoever, all parts and pieces were included, nothing was missing. I highly recommend this bed frame to anyone interested in a new queen size frame like I was.

    Bed frame 10/10 I recently got this bed-frame due to my last one being very cheap and not sturdy. It took approximately about 2 1/2 hours for me and my significant other to put this bed together and honestly the time was worth it. It was not difficult to put this bed together at all. The instructions were really simple and honestly, the headboard is actually the easiest thing to put together. I love the motion sensor lights along with the LED lights on the headboard. The bed that I purchased is a queen bed and I would say it is kind of tall, but it’s perfect for me. I’m only 5’3.     My boyfriend and I went through the five stages of grief trying to put this bed frame together. There were some manufacturing issues, and some things did not line up properly. Luckily, my boyfriend is a handyman so he was able to get it to line up after some tweaks. The instructions are absolutely diabolical, like I could not figure out how to properly set up the motion sensor lights to save my life! That wasn’t the most annoying part though, after we FINALLY got everything set up, the charger port in the cubby does not work! UGH! I was so disappointed. I also did not like how low the bed sat (My mattress is about 9-10 inches) so I did end up still using my boxspring because I like for my bed to be higher up. Despite those things, the bed frame is really gorgeous and adds a whole new aspect to my room. As far as the actual functionality of the bed frame, its great. Makes no noise and the upholstery is a smooth velvet, very soft to the touch and no weird factory smell!

    The news is nice to look at. However there were some issues with assembling. There were areas that should have holes to connect the different parts together. Since they were not there. We had to drill our own holes. Outside of that the bed is sturdy once together. But it may not be sturdy to move if needed. The pictures are for the boards that did not have the pre drill holes
