   I love my new bed frame wanted something to brighten up my room the height was just too low to the floor with just a mattress so I put a metal bed frame underneath to give it some height, and then I put my mattress on it.

   Need 2 people to assemble. Unless you have proper equipment. Not hard to assemble. Takes an hour. A beautyrest mattress fits perfectly. I had another mattress new and returned it. It left 2 inch space on each side and head and foot and it was supposed to be king. Got the Beautyrest and it fit with no space on any of the sides. I didn’t understand. So be careful to get the right size. I tested an iseries queen and there was no space at the head and foot. If course there was on the sides. Just letting you know a real king size mattress fits perfectly. No spaces.

   The bed frame is great and easy to assemble, but, like the tittle says its not a perfect fit if you’re mattress is less than 84in. My mattress is 80in and im left with a gap either on the headboard side or the footboard, depending on what side you push it to, i pushed it to the headboard side so my pillows down fall down. This bed is the perfect height if you often fall from bed or if you are one of those ppl that think something is going to grab your feet from under the bed, im under 50 yrs old so i dont mind the low profile, maybe ill get a higher one once i pass 50 yrs old….

   I have mixed feelings. The bed does look nice and it arrived fast. It is very low to the ground. You are going to use some stomach and leg muscles to get up. I have a 14” mattress, I can’t even imagine how low I would be sleeping on a 8” mattress. The length is longer than my mattress. If I pushed the mattress up to the headboard then there is at least 2” open at the footboard and you can see the wood planks. I have the headboard positioned at the highest level and it is not high enough. Just with my mattress, if I have my pillows laying down, then you only see half of the headboard. I had to put the box spring back because it was just to low. Now you can barely even see the headboard without any pillows down and it looks stupid. The headboard is 16” tall. Installation – directions were easy to follow. It doesn’t have regular screws, it’s those Allen screws. Cleaning underneath the bed – you will need to remove the mattress and the wood planks come in 2 sets of 6 and has one screw in the middle of the bed and the rest are attached by Velcro. You can just undo the Velcro and roll it to the middle to either dust or vacuum. I wouldn’t buy this again. I do not like sleeping that low to the ground, the headboard is to short and the frame is too long. I bought a queen frame.
