   I gave it a two stars for ease of assembly because no instructions were included and it was missing two of the feet for the frame legs. I gave it three stars for value for the money because I had to go online and buy more feet for the frame. Once I get those, it should be a sturdy frame.

   Couldn’t get the frame square. My husband did some modifications to get it to work. Seems cheaply made.

   So poorly made it cannot be assembled. Missing 2 of the plastic risers. One of the 4 received had a staple through it. The frame had obviously been returned. The box was shredded and taped back together. There was one small piece of styrofoam for padding(?) in the box and scratches on the metal as if someone had attempted to assemble it before realizing the tabs are not set at the right distance in order to fit into the slots. I’ve now waited 3 days for a response from the seller and….no response. Now, in order to get a refund, I’m supposed to “retape” this mess back into the shredded box and lug its nearly 6 foot long 40 pound carcass to a drop off center so they can return it then sell it to somebody else???? Ridiculous.

   Sturdy, quality frame at a great price. Coasters on legs work perfect to protect the new floor from scratches. Was very easy to put together. No shipping costs–can’t beat that which saved us driving to find one in town.

   I purchased a metal canopy bed online and didn’t realize the frame wasn’t included. My mom had a bed frame but it only attached to the headboard. I picked one up at Costco, same problem. Then ordered bed frame extenders and the holes didn’t line up because the brackets were too small. Finally found this frame and it was perfect! The frame is longer to attach to a headboard AND footboard, unlike most. Plus the brackets are extra large so they connected to both screw holes.

   I purchased the head/foot board first not realizing that it did not include the frame. It actually worked out better because I got both for $330 and the complete set when sold together was $400. It was easy to assemble and is working out very well! Similar sets at bed and furniture shops sell for $700+.
