We’re pretty disappointed by this product. The layout and amount of options for storage was what enticed us to this particular product initially, but the quality is just not there. The frame is painted wood which is fine, but the drawer and door fronts and many elements of the storage unit is this outdated… Chipped cheapy laminate that looks to be from 60’s and doesn’t match in anyway. And the overall stability is pretty terrible. My toddler is quite the monkey and I’m hoping this doesn’t break under her when she’s climbing. I barely push the bed and the entire thing shakes. It’s also not reversible — was hoping to have the ladder on right side, but that was my miss for thinking it would. So for everyone else’s knowledge, it can only be one configuration.
I did also research the Harper and Bright Designs website and it seemed promising, but either someone is copying their designs and selling it under their name or the entire company is just a scam. Don’t trust it.
I do not recommend and definitely will NOT buy again.
