For the price point and material used (compared to another bunk bed we bought years back) I really had high hopes for this bed. It was the right height we needed. First off, no matter how tight we tightened it, every time my daughter went to the top bunk the whole bed swayed as if she was going to pull the top bunk down. Second, bars keep falling off and bending. This is all with normal use. We have had this bed 1 year and 4 months just making due until we can afford a new one and today another bar came off that makes the entire top bunk unusable. We cannot afford to replace it yet so we are just out of luck I guess. On the other hand, the bunk bed we bought 6 plus years ago that was cheaper and wood is holding up amazing. Would never recommend this purchase of this junior bunk bed to anyone.

We’ve had this bunk bed going on 3 years and haven’t had any issues with it at all. The quality good, we’ve taken it apart and put it back together 3x switching bedrooms. We also move it back and forth quite a bit to clean underneath it and behind it. It does squeak a bit but it’s not super bothersome. Normal signs of wear but had held up well over the years. We haven’t had any issues with it at all. Overall good purchase for us.

Ordered this bunk bed because of how the picture made it look. Huge mistake not only did it come in all dinged up and scratched up it is much smaller than what was pictured. I requested a refund and the seller is making me pay for the shipping which costs more than what I paid for it. After explaining how I don’t want it the best they could say is, we’ll give you 40.00 if you keep it. It costs 230! So I now have a box of metal sitting in my living room. Terrible customer service
