   If you are on a budget and want a nice bed. Look no further! I assembled by myself taking less than 1 hour. Directions easy to follow. The color is more of a very very light tan/ beige. The headboard is not very sturdy. Meaning if u pull or push on it , it does move. As long as you’re not doing any rough housing ! You should be fine . It looks super pretty . I love it.

   We haven’t had a headboard for a really long time, so we went on the hunt. Found this one and while I didn’t like that the price kept increasing (one day it was literally by the hour), I kept coming back to this one over and over. So we decided to get it. It took my husband and I about 2 hours to put it together. We got everything sorted out piece by piece. It had all the parts, nothing damaged and the instructions were easy to follow. It just has alot of pieces (you can see all the slats and hardware), so it’s a little time consuming, but it’s not difficult! All pieces are stored in the back of the head board, it has a zipper so if you have to pack it back up you can just put it all in there! We have had it a little over a month now and even our dog sleeps on it with us 🙂 He is an additional 75 pounds, and the bed feels sturdy even with that extra weight. We have box springs, so that lifted the mattress up quite a bit, but honestly I like it better that way! It’s a beautiful headboard, simple yet classy (and not too girly!) I’d say go for it if you’re on the fence. It really brought the look of our bedroom to life!

   So I finally received a bed that wasn’t broken. The first shipment there were holes all in the headboard. Was sent a replacement very fast. So I get it today and start getting it put together and quickly realize that this bed is cheaply made. The holes lined up okay, but a lot of the boards were crooked. The boards are bowed out and I had to basically tear the bed to get it put together as you can see in the photos. I should not have to tear up something I just purchased to get it put together. I also attached a photo of the footing of the bed that was bowed out. I do not expect this bed-frame to last a long time, I will be highly surprised if I get my money’s worth. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money on a bed that’s better quality.

   I can say that this bed is definitely sturdy. I bought a queen size for my bedroom. It is smaller than I had anticipated, when I wasn’t too sure about at first glance. However, after getting somewhat use to it, it actually turned out to be what I wanted. Something slimmer and more basic in comparison to my last bed which was bulkier and much bigger/higher. There is no storage space under the bed, which I didn’t even think about when purchasing this bed. I actually needed that space…so I had to figure something else out. This also means you won’t be able to run a vacuum under it unless you use a vacuum hose.

   I’m using this bed with a box and it sits better than without one. Without it, the mattress sits pretty low. And that’s much too low for my liking.

   Overall, I’m quite pleased with this bed.

   Update from 6/20/2020, to now: 6/11/2022: We threw these away and bought a metal frame. Much stronger. We bought two of these for our girls (10 & 11 yrs old). They are both in the “normal to skinny/fit” body to their ages. One of the beds broke in the middle, as the manufacturer provides VERY cheap bed slats. The good news is, you can buy a couple 4-packs of mini L brackets and 48″ slats at HOME DEPOT that are way stronger and bigger than the provided ones.

   There were stains on 3out of 4 corners of the bed. Tried to clean them, but they are there to stay. This bed is also super low and I would recommend a box spring to raise it. I have a 12 inch mattress and my comforter nearly reaches the floor.

    Expect to spend about $50 to $70 extra on a set of slats. The ones it comes with are super cheap and in my situation they are damaged and warped. I bought 2 of these beds and both sets of slats are damaged. I called just for a replacement of the slats but Bedframes.shop says there is nothing they can do to help me.

    It’s very pretty! We had some trouble putting it together, because a couple of the board mattress slats were a pinch shorter than the other ones, so hubby had to brad nail it to the frame to keep them from falling off with the mattress weight. Luckily he was able to make it work. The whole thing feels fragile, so you definitely don’t want to be jumping on the bed or anything like that. But it should last a while if I can make sure my child only sleeps on it. Overall, if you cannot afford an expensive bed, this will work great

    Was very hesitant buying as this s type of bed seemed it would be flimsy. It’s not. Very sturdy. Went together very easily. I rate that on how much my husband swears putting something together. Zero swears. I only gave it a 4 because of a bit of discoloring in the fabric that was not to noticeable after put a together and not worth returning over. Also this bed is not grey. Very light linen that leans on the beige side. Which I was happy about but if you want grey don’t get it.

    The plastic pieces are screwed on the side rails. They are not sturdy at all. The pieces broke and bent the bed making the middle part on the floor. Now my daughter has no bed and shes only had it less than a week. The only reason why the bed isnt on floor in pics is because i propped it up so it wouldnt ruin the bed even more. So frustrating.

    About a year ago when this was bought, I soon realized that of all the beds I have bought and had to assemble this was in fact the worst. The original slots it came with were very few and very thin and not long enough. Still the most devastating thing was how small and flimsy the lip was ; there was simply not enough room to secure the slots. Within 3 weeks they broke off. My husband had to get broader, more sturdy slots in between the flimsy original ones. He also had to add pieces of wood underneath the original lip as support, then he had to drive nails in from the outside of the bed all up and down the sides (ruining the lovely fabric). Eventually, after only a little over a year, the whole thing came down beyond repair.

    Well to start, This bed is absolutely adorable. It came perfectly packaged and was fairly easy for me to put together myself as I was too impatient to wait for help! Lol It seems very sturdy even for adults, although this bed is for my daughter we did test it out first. The only thing I will say is it sits very low to the ground which ends up being perfect for a smaller child, however we hoped to have her room double as a guest room when grandma comes to visit and that probably won’t be an option with how low the bed is. Adding a box spring would cover most of the headboard and take away from the look of the bed. Overall very happy with my purchase and my daughter absolutely loves her new room!

    I am very upset about the way this bed has turned out. From the time I put this bed together til now I have had nothing but bad luck with it. The bed is cheaply made. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a pretty bed but it is made for infants because the slats that go across to hold up the mattress are beyond thin and has tore up as you can see in the pics. I purchased this bed back on may 18th and put it together shortly after and it has been broke since august. Bedframes.shop will not refund your money and say to contact the seller. I contact the seller and only an automated reply saying they can’t do refunds and if u want a refund u have to contact the source where u purchased it from which is Bedframes.shop. So I have the bed that I didn’t have since august because it tore up and no message back about my email to them. I give this no stars and I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS BED. It is not worth the money especially considering no one will reply back to you and if they do it is a automatic email and u won’t get anywhere with the seller. Don’t order it unless u are ok with not being able to use it. It was a waste of my money. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN IT NO STARS I WOUlD HAVE BUT SINCE I HAD TO I GAVE IT 1 STAR

    Put this bed together today. I ordered twin size for my daughter’s bedroom. The frame is wooden and very flimsy. One piece started to crack as I was attaching it to the sideboard. Also, 2 of the wooden slats were almost 1 in too short and I had to go to Home Depot to get longer pieces. It looks very cute but I predict the frame will crack very fast. I will return it.
