Ordered the bed and wanted to set the headboard at the tallest setting but couldn’t because there was a nail inside of the screw socket. I wouldn’t returned the bed but I had built the rest of it and this was literally my last step. Tried to use plier, metal cutters, anything I could to get the nail out, no luck. Set it at the second to tallest height but truly disappointed

The bed is really beautiful and sturdy. Easy enough for two people to put together. Make sure you have a ratchet wrench for most of the screws! The Allen wrench that comes with the bed works fine but can get tedious and tiresome with so many screws. Our twin XL mattress fits perfectly on this bed. The headboard material is soft and really pretty. I got the light ivory color. Would definitely recommend this bed.

The headboard smells as if the bed has been used prior in a house of smokers (no offense) I also had several problems with screws not going in due to holes not being fully drilled through and several issues with things not lining up. I was missing a few bolts and the nails came in a big ziploc type bag and were not labeled. I also had trouble figuring out which item was which as nothing had a letter on it. The velcro piece on the wooden parts of the bed to hold the mattress were also not stapled onto the bed correctly so the wooden pieces were uneven when laid out.

In the middle of me putting this bed together I noticed that the head board had a huge stain on it, it is more noticeable in person also a few of the screws were defected. I had to buy more screws because of this. There was also a small whole on the top of the headboard that I didn’t take a photo of because it is very small so I wasn’t too bothered by it but I reached out to the seller and I haven’t gotten any response about my order. I think it’s very unfortunate and unfair to receive an item like this & get no response.

Needed a bed for guest room after son took his to college! Good value! Looks great. Husband put it together and said it was easy. Headboard very heavy and you can pick the height before you put it together. Used with older queen mattress and added foam and down toppers. Our regular guest a few times a week is a bigger person and said its very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the incorrect hardware package packed within the pieces. Labeled, A-H, the instructions called for A-I. We had to figure out what nuts and bolts were missing or incorrect quantities and make a trip to the hardware store. Had the right tools been provided to complete the job, this would have been 5 stars. The color of the bed frame and material was very nice, and once we had all the pieces that were required, the assembly was smooth. The bed was exactly as expected and my daughter was thrilled.
