Terrible, and the customer service was terrible.
Buy this if you want it to break because it’s basically cardboard fabricated wood

I wasn’t expecting this to be very high quality because it’s a cheap Bedframes.shop bed frame. I was however expecting it to be a little better than it is. Under the fabric of the frame is the thinnest lowest quality of fake wood I’ve ever seen. It’s more like thick cardboard. The screws on one side completely ripped out of the “wood” within the first week. I bought this bed for my 15 year old daughter, so it’s not like I was expecting it to hold a large person by any means. Not impressed at all. If I could pack it up and send it back, I would!
