I am disabled had to wait for help to set up……. I’m heartbroken. This was a lot of money for me…….and now not usable. The broken pieces are two separate areas, so it will be missing two cross bars in different areas. I don’t know what to do now. I can’t afford to have someone come weld this. My bad for having to wait for help……and now past return date. I’m stuck with a pile of garbage.

-it can bend my child Jumped on the bed and bent the frame in the middle my child is 9yrs old 5 foot 1inch weighs 100 pounds .. thats normal weight for the height
– the Weight Capacity is 1200 Pounds for this frame .. so in other words the frame should not have bent but the factor of a child jumping on it is not advised because it can be bent other than that
-it is sturdy as long as it is NOT jumped or bounced on
