serious issue I have encountered with the bed frame I purchased from your company a few months ago. Recently, the electrical box integrated into the bed frame malfunctioned and caused my charger to melt while it was plugged in. I just spent the entire day trying to put this bed together and in one of the last steps this item appears to need to close and bend but it does not. Now the entire function is almost useless. I don’t want a new one either bc this took up my whole room and day, I will not disassemble bc they sent a faulty piece.

First off the bed looks great once finished. The back board holes do not line up with the brackets. It fits tight and I left it not screwed in but I will probably Velcro them together. Some of the instructions call for the wrong screws but it all worked out in the end. Read the instructions and count how many you need of each. As for the hydronic, once you have them attached and the frame is in the air. You will need two people to push it down to break the seal. One person on each side where the lifts are. Don’t panic like I did. If you are alone youtube says put the mattress on and the weight will bring it down but my mattress weighs alot and I could not lift it in the air. Well worth the price and so much storage…be aware there is a shipping cost. It took my 12 yr old and I about 2 hrs to put together.

Reading the reviews I figured it might take a while to put together and concerned about missing hardware. It took me 2 hours to assemble, I have other tools that did help speed the assembly other than what they send. As for being short screws, it was not an issue. The frame seems to be a decent quality and was simple to assemble.

The bed itself is very good and kind of easy for assembly (i did it by myself with a 5 year old giving his opinion) the only thing is the “shock absorber “ that keeps the box lifted up doesn’t work. But they refunded me part of it since I didn’t want to return the bed that was already assembled

After following the instructions carefully, I encountered issues with page 18 and 19. The predrilled holes do not align as shown in the instructions. Lastly on page 19 after adding the part I took a picture of, it would not allow the bed to go back down. Both parts are faulty. Hence, before encountering these issues the assembly went smoothly until I got to page 18 and 19.

I got the king size and it was definitely easy to assemble. All the pieces are named and very easy to find as in the picture. The bed is so sturdy but i got grey instead of beige.

Very sturdy product. When delivered the end of my box was torn wide open and I was worried pieces would be missing or broken, but everything was fine. One metal piece has a small scratch but its the mattress frame and you can’t see it. I put it together myself with a power drill, took a little over an hour. It is quite heavy though, when I had my mattress delivered I had to ask the delivery guys to move it into the bedroom for me. The hardest part was closing the hydraulics for the first time. I had to go push down hard on each side a few times before they finally ‘broke’ and went down. Also, I had to keep something on the frame to hold it down until my mattress came in – I used the shipping box and a heavy blanket. Makes no noise moving around on the bed. Only thing- The plugs on the power strip are too close together to use both at the same time with USB adapters, but that’s a small complaint for how awesome this piece is.

The bed is beautiful and easy to assemble. The material is good and well made. Only issue is that the charging part is defective and the UsB port won’t work with any USB cable. Size is great a bit lower than what I was used to. The alignment is really good and love the option of being able to store things under the bed with ease.

Very happy with this purchase. We just put it together today. It took my husband and I about 4 hours, but all parts were labeled well and everything went together smoothly. The only small issue we had was with the hydraulic piece. Once we installed it, we couldn’t get it to go back down. I had read in another review for a similar bed to wait until the entire bed was put together and the mattress was on the bed to do this step. So, that’s what we did. Apparently, the hydraulic system needs the weight of the mattress to be able to pull it back down. I would definitely recommend.

The bed is great, exactly what I was looking for. The assemble instruction is detailed and easy to follow. The box was smashed but the bed wasn’t damaged. A few weak points: the color is not the same as shown in the pictures, it’s not that beige, the shade is a bit pinkish. And another thing would be great to have is some floor cover for the storage.
