Horrible product. The panels arrived damaged and the “pre drilled holes” are not consistent. Would not allow me to attach the headboard to both sides of the bed.

This product looks way better in photo than it does in person. Takes a few hours to put together, it’s a project. The instructions are vague, pay attention to the orientation in the photos. Mine come with a few missing screws but no worries because they paint in some screw wholes covered the threads leading to not being able to assemble all the parts as shown in the directions. As a cheap imported product many of the holes did not line up requiring you to force the screws in cross threading them. The LED lights are ok at best. A few of the LED’s are come damaged and are off color. It will work for now, but honestly I would have rather saved the money and left the mattress on the floor.

Took me roughly two hours to assemble on my own. One or two screws were not quite perfect fits, but I had substitutes on hand. Solid bed, the app makes controlling the light strips relatively easy.

Put the bed frame together for the most part by myself. Ran into issues when one of the headboard legs holes wasn’t shaved all the way so my mom bought a piece at Lowe’s that we was able to use in our drill to shave the hole a little more and get the screw in. After that, everything was fine. I thought the headboard was supposed to be a little taller but hey it works out still! My son loves the different light colors and I love the extra plug ins and little shelf to set stuff! Overall it’s a great frame!

Set up this bed used it for two nights the lights no longer work. I contacted customer service to see if they could troubleshoot or possibly just send out new lights. They want me to disassemble the whole bed and send the whole bed back. How does this make sense?

Bought this bed for my 10 yr old son room make over and he absolutely loves it! He said it looks like his bed is floating. He loves the lights and tue charging ports on the head board. Took my daughter and I about 3 hours to put together while watching the football game instructions were clear. A lot of parts in the box, looked intimidating at first but all the tools needed were included which was a plus. No drills or hammers we needed. Overall I’m happy and impressed with the results and would 100% recommend!
