Beware this is a big bed and comes in one box! It weighs about 125lbs and you could tell the delivery driver struggled to carry it because it looked like it had been dragged. The box was destroyed and the wood was damaged on multiple boards. Too bad you can’t do pick up at Bedframes.shop. The frame itself is very sturdy but the fake wood is exactly what you would think. It’s particle board with a canal wood textured wrap and there were quite a few imperfections. I guess you get what you pay for!

This bed was very easy to assemble. This is a great furniture piece for those that don’t have a lot of storage area in their home. It’s very easy to lift to get to the storage underneath.

This would have been easier with another person simply because some of the panels are pretty heavy on their own but I was able to get it together alone in about 3 1/2 hours. The instructions do need to be a little clearer on how some of the pieces go together and I think there have maybe been some mistakes on where holes were drilled so I may have a couple small pieces upside down or backwards, but all in all I’ve slept on it the last 2 nights without issue and the lift system works just fine.

I like this product, but the assembly instructions are a little unclear at times and if you aren’t paying attention you’ll have to back track a couple steps.
Additionally, one of the side panels was missing the threaded inserts to attach the lift mechanism. To fix this I drilled holes to mirror the other side panel and passed through carriage bolts.
