   I purchased a full size color white. I like the look of the bed and the installation is easy but…….my bed was almost 80% installed when I noticed that the bed was at least 5″ longer than my full size mattress plus the wholes of the bed slats support rails did not align with the side rail so…I took it apart and returned it for a replacement. Bedframes.shop customer support as always was 5+ stars. Hopefully the replacement doesn’t have the same problems as my first order.

   Poor quality, there were no fewer than 8 paint blemishes and scratches out of the box. With tempered expectations, this bed frame miserably fails. 🤮

   The bed is good looking but the product doesn’t match the size of the mattress. I bought first the twin bed, than I was waiting for the mattress, and it turned out that the bed is 3 inches wider than the mattress. I checked several stores and mattresses are the same size everywhere and the beds in the stores are narrower than that one that I received. Without original package they don’t want to do the return! Disappointed in the product and customer service!

   The bed itself is beautiful once finished. With that said, assembly is a bit of a pain. The instructions are VAGUE. They do not tell all of the steps specifically. Plus, some of the illustrations are inaccurate as to the actual pieces and how they connect. Luckily, if you have any skill whatsoever in assembling furniture, you can figure it out on your own. If you’re completely helpless, you might want to ask someone to assemble it for you. I did it by myself in about 3 hours.

   You do not need to drill any holes of your own, the instructions just don’t explain that you use the self-tapping wood screws to go straight into the wood on some of the pieces. I assume that’s where some people thought holes were missing. Again…just relative to whether you have experience building things or not.

   Be prepared for frustration when building, but satisfaction when it’s all done. If the instructions were actually accurate, and the assembly was less of a pain, I would have given it 5 stars.

   Love this bed, it was a great choice for us. We got it refurbished. It had a couple of tiny scratches in places you do not see, and the instructions were missing. We dowloaded the instructions off the web which were easy to follow. Great bed for a great price.

   Came damaged. Reached out to the company 3 times. Asked for advice, touch-up stain, a replacement headboard, or a refund, in that order. Their response was that they don’t have touch-up stain. And then they ghosted me. Even if it were not damaged, it would not get a good review. It is very poorly made, and extremely hard to assemble. The only thing it has going for it is the price.
