   Listen! Once the job is done, the bed looks amazing, the light feature is pretty cool and any kid would love it. I even kind of like it for a grown woman! The drawers aren’t really drawers, more like storage compartments. I love the color but for the cons

   IT TOOK FOREVER TO PUT TOGETHER AND YOU HAVE TO PUT EVERY SINGLE PIECE TOGETHER, IT TOOK HOURS AND I WAS ticked!

   My foot keeps getting hurt on the side panels of the bed towards the top half of the bed along the floor. If I had to chose to buy it again, I wouldn’t only because I am impatient and it took too long to put together with my hubby. If you have someone you want to spend time with, this is the perfect excuse! Will post photo soon

   I received this bed with some damage to the box. Upon initial inspection, the box damage did not appear to have impacted the bed, but we later found several issues while putting the bed together. I contacted Align to see if I could get help with parts to minimize waste and try fixing it instead of packing the bed and sending it back for a refund. If your box is damaged at all, just send it back, but I strongly recommend not purchasing this type of bed or any products from Align. Key points: Poor quality- One of the light strips on the LED cabinet lights fell out, and the color will not change with the others. The light appears to have been glued with what appears to be kids’ glue. Poor design- Horizontal mattress slats have a flimsy plastic piece that must be installed to keep them in place. This is a poor design and fall out. Something else, such as RTV, will need to be used to keep it in place. Bed drawers are flimsy and held together with plastic clips (see picture); several received broken and metal bent. The bed is not mattress-ready- We also purchased a flatboard to prevent the mattress from pushing through the horizontal bed frame members. The mattress slides under the headboard- I purchased clamp-on stops to prevent this. Align provides poor customer service and communication- They asked me to send pictures, and I did. They asked me to send more pictures of the box, and I did. From my experience so far, it seems that they are playing games and not serious about customer support.

   So this bed was very easy to assemble. All tools, screws, and bolt provided. I do have a drill. it didn’t speed up the process to much as it wasn’t needed very often. Seems sturdy but I just got it and will give an update when I have it for a least a month( if it breaks I’ll be back sooner) only draw back I have so far is as you can see in the photos one of my lights isn’t working. It was the only light not attached for some reason and just keeps falling up and doesn’t light up either. And even though the remote it comes with has 2 strobe features and 2 flash it’s actually on 1 of each they do the same thing. Which isn’t a big deal to me I’m mostly going to keep it solid. It came next day per prime with no issues. Delivers through ups. I got a queen

    Package came in destroyed which not a terrible thing things happen but when we opened the boxes there was numerous deep scratches that went across some of the wood pieces and when we put together the headboard all of the lights that are supposed to be in the headboard were not secure and just kept falling out . So make sure you got some double sided tape or some hot glue to secure them but all in all not too bad . The assembly was fairly easy but it will take 2 people

    We have now bought 3 of these beds. The kids love having the lights, the plug in for the phone and drawers under the bed to save on space. Took quite a bit of time to assemble.
