No while he does still jump on the bed periodically, this will be a great bed for our son to grow into. The Gray matches with most colors they may want to change their room too and isn’t something they will hate in a couple years because its a race car bed or something like that. Sturdy too, I lay in it to put him to sleep at night, sometimes fall asleep in there with him, hold up to grown adult too 🙂

This bed frame does not come with instructions. The picture instructions that’s within the details of the product helped a little. However its missing a step and some of the numbers on the bag of the screws aren’t the same. Also my twin size standard mattress barely fits in the frame of the bed. Nice bed but the assembling sucks without good instructions.
