   I have never been so irritated with putting a furniture piece together. At first I was thrilled because the bed frame was delivered 2 days earlier than expected. All pieces and hardware were there. But as we were pulling everything out to make sure all pieces were there I noticed multiple pieces were not in the best shape. I understand that during shipping there’s a chance the product could get dinged or corners chipped. But the amount of damage was ridiculous. Especially when the cracks through the wood are clearly from manufacturing, not shipping. About 1/3 of the pieces had damage. The headboard backings don’t fit properly. And the instructions were ridiculous. No written instructions. Just pictures. And they do not indicate what side is meant to be the head of the bed or the foot. A lot of it is guessing how it’s supposed to go and hoping for the best. And sometimes having to undo what you did and redo it. Some of the instructions were out of order. I noticed it went 15, 16, 18, 17. Some of the pictures don’t even match up to the product. It was the most infuriating build I’ve ever done. The mattress slides still even with the “no slip” strips. The headboard creaks with every movement. It looks beautiful when it’s all put together. But I do not feel it is worth what I paid.

   This product is ok not great. Got it because it matches our other furniture in the room. Has good instructions and diagrams for putting together. Looks like the picture on Bedframes.shop. Found only one really bad factory venire issue. Their are others but it was to be expected based on how the box looked when it came to our house. Missing grommets from piece 27 to bolt the face of the drawer together. As I said before it is ok not great and will work for the time being.

   Instructions are hard to follow and took HOURS and five different people to finally be able to get it put together. Screws didn’t fit in one of the bars that goes across the top part of the bed frame. Brother-in-law had to take it out and grind a little of it to get the screws ti fit. The shelves don’t stay in place securely. They sit on little pegs and become sort of too heavy if something is placed too close to the front edge and topple right over. Queen size bed frame for queen size mattress and there are gaps in between the frame and mattress. The little drawers are on rollers and not attached to any sort of track so they are super easy for my kittens to be able to maneuver and get under the bed (the whole idea of this bed was for the storage and to not have the cats be able to get under it). Everyday I wake up and have to slide the drawers back in place to even be able to get out of the bed and every day after work I come home and drawers are pulled out. Looks messy and super annoying. Great little bed once it’s finally assemble and if you don’t have pesky little pets.

   I built this alone in about 6 hours(they recommend two people but it was really easy for me to do alone, i am a woman just for reference). The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Every screw hole is pre drilled so you really can’t mess it up. I feel like the quality of the materials were great but the backing on the head board is made out of cheaper, thinner material than the rest of the wood, it still looks nice but I wish it was the same as the rest. The bedframe feels sturdy and doesn’t move around at all. I feel like I got exactly what I ordered and everything was accurate.

   Overall, I think this product is pretty good. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and do not notice any issues with sturdiness. I currently have a box spring on it in addition to the mattress. Like another review said, if you have just a mattress, it is likely your comforter will overhang and cover the drawers. That being said, here are a few hints when assembling. Keep in mind, I did this all on my own, I’m sure it’ll be easier with more than one person. 1. The boxes come in two stages, which it says on the website. You will not be able to assemble anything until the second box arrives. At least that’s the order I got stuff. So, plan on waiting for both to start. 2. The drawers for under the bed are very sharp at the “welds” where the wires connect. So be careful when handling these, it is easy to snag on yourself, at least it was for me. It can also cut pretty easily. I recommend to sand them a bit just to take off the sharpness. 3. I assembled this in stages. For example, assembled the drawers first (even though they are last in the manual), then the frame, then the headboard. It worked fine for doing this and feel it would be helpful for others to know. I also did this over two days just so it didn’t get to be too much on one. Day one were the drawers and frame. Day two was the headboard. 4. Step 18 of the manual can be a bit difficult due to the small space you’ll be working with. It is manageable but still a tight fit. I believe it was this step but it might have been another so forgive me if it was a step ahead or behind that one. I kind of had fun with the different sections of the headboard. One section I have for my “creative side” and another for my “childhood memories”. I still need to figure out what to do with some of the other sections. The product is worth the price I feel.    Okay so to start off, it comes in two boxes. I didn’t know this and one was delivered and my tracking said delivered so I put together the frame and didn’t have the drawers or the outlets or the LEDs (all of the reasons I bought the bed). They came the day after. It comes with everything needed to assemble in the box with the frame. I do recommend yawing your own screwdriver though. it DOES leave ok exactly like the picture though. And seems pretty sturdy. Only had one bit of damage from incorrect length dowel. But it’s easy to cover with the shelf. The drawers have a bolt to lock them to the frame (awesome). Height wise with a 12in mattress the top hits my knees (I’m 6’) so it’s medium height. The drawers are HUGE but shallow. The gaps in the wire are a bit big. wouldn’t recommend socks or underwear but for jeans and sweaters they would be perfect. Overall I thinks it’s a good value for the money. after putting it together, given the option, I would buy this again. Took about 3 hours to put together I total.

   I think this bed frame is adorable, I mostly bought it due to the fact that I have a pet bird who likes to hide in any crevice she can find. On my old frame there was cardboard surrounding the outside to prevent her from going under, but it was inconvenient to access items under my bed and it was hideous. When it arrived, the packing was very damaged along with some scratches on the wood. People say theirs arrived in two boxes, but mine was in one and very heavy(definitely two person job). My biggest issues I would say is it took ages to build (5-6ish hours with my mom’s help) and the backing of the shelves is terrible quality (there is literally duck tape on it). The frame itself seems sturdy enough but the support bars feel poor quality and after a year or two I fear they are going to bend. Another issue I have is the storage drawers are not on any tracks( not the biggest issue) but what I dislike is how it is very cheap quality and held together by multiple clips that if you try to stuff a bunch of heavy ish items, the drawers probably won’t support the weight. Finally the shelves that can be placed higher or lower easily come off (I think the cut outs where the shelf rests are not deep enough). I only bought this bed because it was Black Friday, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again, especially not full price, I think they could do better in my opinion:( sorry if it comes off rude but I was really excited for this bed and I’m pretty disappointed about it

   First, the delivery. The 1st box came pretty quick. The product description along with all the reviews say this bed will come in 2 separate boxes. I didn’t even want to open the 1st large box until I got 2nd box and was ready to put the bed together. After a week, no 2nd box. After contacting Bedframes.shop, the seller reached out to me within 24 hours to let me know everything was in that first box. They should either change their product description to reflect that the bed comes in 1 box, or at least say it may arrive in either 1 or 2 boxes. I could have had this bed put together a week earlier. Second, the box is huge. It’s around 5.5″ tall, 2ft wide, and 10″thick. And it weighs around 120 lbs. The Pros: The bed itself is really nice. The headboard is well made and a little heavy once it’s put together. Even though the wood may not be the best. The bed frame itself is pretty light but it’s pretty sturdy. After getting everything put together, I’m still using my 4″ box springs underneath my 10″ mattress, And it’s a tall bed. I am 6’4″ and sitting all the way back on the edge of the bed my feet do not touch the floor. There is some good space between the floor and the bed frame, which will make it a lot easier to clean underneath. I was using a regular old bed frame before this. Now my bed just feels different. I’m sure it’s because of all the metal crossbars this bed has. The old frame didn’t have any crossbars. Now, the bed does seem a little more firm. It doesn’t feel like it’s sagging at all. And unlike the old bed frame, this bed is silent. No creeks or squeaks. The construction and sturdiness of this bed is pretty darn good. Yes, it does come with a billion bolts and screws it seems like, but after you put it together you can just tell, this bed should last a long time. The lighting. I’m a little older, so the lighting for me is just an afterthought. Probably won’t ever use it. But it is pretty cool. I do like the extra shelf space on the headboard. But the two small shelves really do need some improvement. Which brings us to… The Cons: I do not have a lot of bad things to say about this bed. The majority of them are just nitpicking. Accept the shelves! As it stands now, those shelves suck. The metal dowels used to hold up the shelves are microscopic, and not close enough to the edges of the shelves. So if you happen to bump it, it’s coming down, along with the microscopic metal dowel. And anything that is on the shelf. If the dowels were a lot closer to the edges, then they would be 100% better. I do plan on adding just a tiny drop of glue where the metal dow inserts into the vertical boards. This should help them stay in place. The instruction booklet really isn’t as bad as some other reviewers have stated. Just take your time to read the actual few words that are there and study the pictures first. This should help out a lot. The flimsy middle board that is used for the backing was just a little too big. So it bows out right behind the middle shelf. But no biggie. I really do wish the outlet was actually inside the shelving and not on top of the headboard. I just think it looks ugly having wires sticking up from the top of the headboard. But again, no biggie. The majority of the holes for the wooden dowels are too big. Expect those dowels to slide out a few times over. The manual did have a couple of pictures of some pieces that had extra holes and did not look like the pieces I had. Mostly it was of the headboard. But once you start putting it together it’s pretty easy to figure out where the wood and metal dowels go. I had two bags that each had an ample supply of bolts labeled with the same letter. And they look very similar. This took a few minutes for me to figure out which one is which. The only part that I was missing and I had to contact the owner for is a plastic bracket that attaches the under bed storage to the faceplate. Not a big deal right now. There’s a small bolt on the inside of the under bed storage that hooks on to the frame itself. These are pretty useless. In fact, I decided not to use them. Instead I just cut a couple of small thin strips of Velcro, attached one side to the bed frame and the other side to the inner part of the storage board. Works much better. If you do decide to use these “hook” bolts for the inside of the storage faceplate, be VERY CAREFUL not to go farther than halfway. It will start coming through the front of the board itself. The manual does tell you “Don’t lock screws, leave a gap”. It should say only screw in halfway. Also, be aware that each storage board does have its own spot hooking onto the bed frame. The bolt will not line up with the hole if they’re not in their right spots. We’re using this bed frame for a full size bed. The frame itself is maybe 1 1/2″ wider than the bed itself. Again, I decided to keep using the box springs, and the bed does slide a little bit. I’m planning to put some type of rubber padding underneath. Hopefully this will help it not slide so much. Tips: Even though the metal bed frame does have some very thin strips of padding underneath were the frame touches the floor, I did order some 3×3″ rubber furniture pads to put underneath the bed frame. They’re great for wood floors and won’t leave indentions and carpet either. When you get to the point where you start fixing the top of the headboard which is piece #1, Don’t put the WOODEN dowels in this piece like the picture shows. The majority of them are just going to fall out when you turn the piece upside down to fit it onto the headboard. Instead, put the metal dowels on the top of pieces 3 and 4, and 5 and 6. This will save you some time. The manual tells you to take the double-sided adhesive tape off the lighting strip. I left it on. The strip does fit snugly into its channel. But the lighting strip was about 2″ too long for the channel. You can cut any excess off without worrying about damaging the light strip. You will see little black arrows on the light strip, if you do cut it, cut it at the arrow. If you do decide to take the double-sided tape off the lighting strip, just be aware of where you’re going to plug it into. If you plug it into the outlet on top of the headboard you won’t have a problem. If you are going to plug it into a wall outlet check what side of the bed it’s closest to. You may have to reverse the lighting strip to be different from what it shows in the manual. All in all my final verdict is that this is a pretty damn good bed for the money. If the manufacturer could have ironed out some very small things, I would have given this 5 stars.

    When we received both packages, the larger box had small damage to box and I was concerned for damages to the parts. I sent pictures and info to seller and they immediately responded and asked I inspect the parts and let them know so they could replace. Thankfully due to packaging nothing was damaged and I began the project. While it took some time to put together I found the instructions to be detailed and the entire thing to be strong well made products. The final product was exactly as advertised and made the wife happy! I would strongly recommend to anyone to buy this. No squeaking, wobbling or concerns when done.

    We love our new frame. It’s sturdy, practical, and attractive. Assembly took me 4 or 5 hours but was easy to understand. I recommend having another person and a toolbox to speed up the process. The headboard is difficult to move by yourself. As predicted, it shipped in two boxes with different delivery dates. It’s plenty sturdy for everyday use as well as adult activities. I used the little square pads to keep the corners from damaging the walls. Our hidden cabinet’s holes were drilled just slightly misaligned so the door isn’t level and makes a little contact on one side but is forgivable. It’s the perfect place to keep our private accessories hidden and accessible. Lights and power outlet work just fine. Now if we could figure out a way to hide those cords… The drawers are flawed. It’s easy to crush your fingers if you’re not careful. And if you have cats, they will commandeer the space under your bed and never let you keep them shut. You’ll come home to them ajar every day. So that’s it. No damage or missing parts. Well worth the money for the style and storage.

    The product is nicely made, and not cheap. The problem was we were missing. A part of wood contacted the seller to tell him what part we were missing. They sent us a whole new bed. We had already started putting together the bed we had. So we had to pick through parts to see if those parts would match the bed we had. In the end, we ended up with 100 pound of extra wood that we had to dispose of on our own. If you have the patience for all that, there is just no way of returning it because I ordered other nightstand and dresser to match. I just know the frustration it is and it does take a lot of time to put it together and my husband’s really good at constructing things. It’s all together and it looks beautiful now, but it was a lot of work. After I reached out to the vendor, they did give me a $60 credit.

    During the assembly, many parts didn’t fit perfectly which required some force to get into position. Some nuts didn’t even fit onto the rods to properly seal the boards together. Then, in the instructions it does not warn you to not fully screw in the top screws of the drawers. In the picture you can see that the screw is protruding out of the drawer. After assembly, the bed squeaks and after a month of use a nut fell out which made a huge gap in the headboard as seen in the picture. When the mattress is perfectly centered to where you can’t see the metal beams underneath, there is a gap between the mattress and the headboard where anything knocked off the shelves of the headboard will land in between the gap onto the floor. Overall, this bed is cheaply made and bare minimum for a bed frame. I had high hopes with the reviews, but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, returning this item seems to be a difficult task. If you buy it, hopefully you love it. The only reason for a second star is because it is a functional bed frame. It won’t collapse underneath you.

    rustic gray color in the king size. It holds a good amount of storage and also has drawers at the bottom for extra. I will say one of the baskets that pulls out was a little bent but nothing too major. it took my husband and his friend around 3 1/2 hours to get it all built and done. Charging station works perfect, i love the lights in the headboard. it doesn’t move when getting in the bed, and it’s pretty sturdy. The height is pretty tall, so if you have shorter ceilings just be aware of that especially when building. The instructions didn’t have any words on them, only pictures. My box did come delivered a little damaged but that was probably a delivery fault not a seller problem.

    Excellent, exactly what I was looking for. The instructions are all illustrations, pay super close attention, especially on the sides of the center shelf. Also the shelves under the bed did not appear to work and needed to be rearranged which is not clear from the instructions. Otherwise, my package arrived without damage, no missing pieces, all parts clearly labeled and corresponded clearly to the manual. Construction was more solid than I expected at this price point. If your bedspread hangs over the sides, it can make it a little tricky to lock the drawers. This could be built by one person, maybe a little easier with two of you have an extra set of tools. Sturdy, quiet, solid, would recommend!

    I bought two of these beds, one white and one Grey for my two tween kids. They are really into LED lights and needed to transition out of twin bed to bigger beds. I was super happy with these two beds, no box spring needed. Kids love the LED lights, storage space and shelves. I like that they are great if needed as guest bed as well and look great with the LED on or off. They were pretty easy to put together and we tore one light strip on accident and company had excellent customer service and got us a new one. The drawers underneath the bed are basket type bottoms and can be for clothes but my kids love to keep their random belongings and extra sports stuff there. My favorite thing is that both I and my kids both LOVE the bed!

    Gorgeous and sturdy bed! I love it! Took my 13 year old son & I about 3 hours to put together. Directions were extremely easy to follow but in a lot of pieces which I expected. Absolutely love the bookshelf and hiding compartment in the headboard. The drawers on the bottom are huge but shallow but did fit everything I needed to go under there. Only downfall I will have to say is that the bed comes in 2 packages and did not arrive on the same day. The second package arrived 2 days later after the first. And the second package did contain some parts for the frame so I would not of been able to put together the frame ahead of time and wait for the drawer parts to come after. I recommend waiting until you receive both packages to start building.

    I really love it after it was all put together. I got the king size bed. First one of the piece arrived broke but was able to fix with super glue. The second thing is the manual was missing steps 12 and 13 it took me a few minutes to figure what does steps were but after that it was smooth sailing. Step12-screw the hinges to board 2 you will need 8G screws. Step13- screw board 2 to the end of boards 5&6 with 4E screws. I don’t really know if these are the steps but it is what I figured out what was missing after completing the other steps. Hope it helps

    This was a Christmas gift to redo my daughter‘s bedroom. I love this bed. It has a lot of storage underneath and a lot of storage in the headboard. I highly recommend this. It is very sturdy. The mattress fits good. The size is perfect. We got a full-size. It looks great put together and it also comes with some LED lights for the headboard.

    After purchasing and now looking at the reviews, I’ve should have taken those into consideration. The 5 hour assembly, yep if only one person is doing this. Instructions, absolutely are a bit tricky and made me miss a part on the headboard only to realize and finally found it where it was on the manual. SOO many screws and it was a tedious task especially since I was alone in having to build it since it took a couple of weeks longer to get box 1 of 2. Drawers are not great and not really sturdy and don’t align but I guess, I get what I paid for. It is compressed wood, so make sure to have a coaster handy if your child will use the shelf to place a glass on it. At least the bed I got, the bottom rails were not well made as about 3-4 didn’t fit properly onto the bed frame and stick out just a few cms but once you set the mattress it is hardly noticeable. Shipping well the hassle of dealing with a “missing” box. I say this because according to tracking information, labels were created and only one box was actually picked up by carrier and shipped in fast manner. The bed (box 1 of 2) was “missing” and seller seemed to not want to send it because supposedly the carrier lost it… tracking said otherwise, never made it to carrier. Finally after back and fourth with Bedframes.shop and seller, the box 1 was shipped. Box did have some damage to it and hesitated but bed was intact. Other than the fact that my son had to sleep on the couch and had a stiff neck until finally the bed arrived it was a major inconvenience having a late shipment.
