   We were very excited for this bed when ordered, once assembled for the price it is a very, very good deal. Now credit where credit is due once we got the entire bed assembled (which was a process) it does look very good. Outlets and USB ports work great and are very conveniently located. Feels very sturdy. Now my issue may not be with the seller here, but perhaps the shipping group when it arrived the box was completely torn, open on most sides I attached a couple pictures as well. Very clearly the box was handled poorly. The metal parts of some of the frames was bent, which caused some of the screw holes to not lineup. Multiple of the pieces within the box were not labeled which causes confusion when looking at the already poorly constructed directions, which were their own issue. I bought this new, but it almost seemed like I was given a used frame that had been returned, and re-packaged (poorly at that) All in all once put together, it does not look bad at all. Picture is exactly what I advertise. But the assembly was a nightmare, due to poorly written directions, damaged product, unlabeled pieces, and the care the package was handled with.

   Well packaged with just enough protection. No dings, scratches or dents anywhere. No missing pieces. All parts were labeled and the hardware (nuts, bolts etc.) comes wrapped on a cardboard backing (even has about 1 extra of each piece).

   Easy to assemble. Take their advice and – for each step in the instructions – don’t tighten until you have everything attached. Took me just a couple of hours solo. No difficult sections (although I did have a couple of weird yoga-like poses trying to keep things flush as I assembled).

   Looks great. I got the gray and the color / grain is just perfect for what I wanted. From across the room you can’t even tell it’s faux wood.

   Tried it out and no squeaking. The only downside I see right now is that nothing keeps the mattress from sliding under the headboard if you jump on it horizontally.

   I have a couple small pets, they destroyed my upholstery bedframe. So I finally made the move and bought this one. Metal/wood lines, platform, clean and crisp, very beautiful!! I’m almost 40… the mattress doesn’t stay in place, shifts, and I have more knots and bruises on my shins and knees than when I was in my prime in my 20s. I get I opted for a platform bed, but I didn’t sign up for a toxic relationship with my bedframe. If I’m on Dateline, this bedframe is the culprit. Looks cute, easy-ish assembly (4hrs+/-) one person, but have ice packs on stand by or baby proof your corners with or without babies. Also, the headboard frame, while sleek, not deep to actually put anything on it. Maybe 3” or less. So close to the mark and yet so far. Easy fixes, manufacturer.

   Overall bed looks great 😊 All the pieces came in good quality no damage and no missing pieces. Took about 2 hrs to put together and instructions were easy to read . Only thing I would fault is the frame does not have something to keep mattress in place so it slides and there’s still come area that is not covered by the mattress. Also I don’t think it’s a accurate that it has capacity of 900lb it’s a great bed for kids / teens but personally I wouldn’t buy for 2 adults

   This frame will be tested in about a month. Building wasn’t too bad, just the corners are sharp. The frame also came damaged which sucked. Pissed me off actually. Those corners should be rubber, honestly. Overall, I’m giving it a 3. For what it’s worth make sure you have a partner in assembly considering the back piece you have to put together. If you ask me I’d ship two separate shipments with that back piece already assembled …smh

   was really scared about what to expect but i honestly really like it. a lot of the reviews said it took forever to put up, but i didn’t expect it to be delivered half put together. it took me 45 minutes to put the headboard and footboard together by myself. after my boyfriend started helping it took another hour and a half to finish. it’s also pretty heavy in the box, so keep that in mind. it was around 80 pounds.

    I love the style of the bed and it was easy to put together. However there were several dents in the metal. I don’t care so much about the dents in the legs but there’s a very noticeable dent in the metal on the headboard. If it weren’t for it being a big box and heavy and not having the room in my car to drop off I’d return it.

    The bed frame arrives in an extremely heavy box, I highly recommend using a dollie. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! Not all the pieces had their stickers so we had to use the instructions to organize all the pieces. Some of the pieces arrived looking a bit warped or had some paint chipped off and I wanted to return it, but seriously, trust the process. It took my husband and I almost 2 hours to put it together, but we weren’t exactly in a rush. The height is perfect for getting in and out of bed, it’s almost at hip height for me, and I’m petite. By happenstance the wood color matched our flooring. Now that we no longer need the box springs our mattress feels like new again. I’m no longer drifting towards the center of the bed, no longer hitting my husband when I adjust at night, no more squeaking *wink wink*. It’s been a few days and the frame feels strong, designed smartly for heavier people (combined we’re nearly 475 lbs). The outlet and USB plugs on the headboard mean I never have to worry about something coming unplugged or won’t reach from behind the nightstand. So far it’s a great investment and I would happily get another for the guest room.

    All parts were here. Color was off. The picture shows a difference color then what I received. Delivery was faster than what it said. Their is a gap between headboard and mattress. Will need to buy a pillow wedge so the pillows stop falling. I wanted something that wasn’t going to break the bank and for the price it’s not bad. I don’t regret the purchase. Was easy to put together by myself. Only had it up for about a week. So hope it holds up.

    I put this together myself (59 yr old female) & after a few errors that made me backtrack, It took about 1 1/2 hrs. The instructions are pictures only, but it still wasn’t that difficult. Remember to not tighten the screws on the slats until screws on both sides are started…the slat can then be adjusted to meet up with the hole. It’s ingenius how they did that! You get an extra screw for each size, all the tools needed, and, AND, every single screw hole lined up properly. Every one…the whole time I was putting it together, I was thinking, no way! Then I’d come across one that seemed like it didn’t line up–but slight adjustments for angles and yep! I was so impressed. It comes packaged very well with all parts clearly marked. Way higher quality than I was expecting given the great price!
    The slight edge at the bottom holds the mattress in place, but it does slide a bit from side to side, and the end corners are easy to run in to, so if kids are around, be careful, and don’t hit your shin.
    Well worth the price, and I’m glad to see some companies still care about quality, and making sure the darn screw holes line up!!

    The frame is lovely, and I especially love the headboard. Took 2.5 hours to assemble with at least 3 people. My only complaint is I couldn’t get one of the screws to fit on the headboard as it kept wanting to go in crooked. We adjusted everything to see if it was because of somewhere else being misaligned but nothing helped. We eventually gave up and so far no difficulties without it (it was a corner screw on the headboard up top). Would purchase again, but know you’re gonna have some seriously sore thumbs when you’re through! Also, you can feel the bars through the mattress so I highly recommend a thick mattress or adding a mattress topper.

    I am so disappointed, I loved this product even when I got it out of its box, it’s so pretty and the outlet parts work so well BUT there were several parts where I was supposed to be able to put screws but there were no holes. Because of this I couldn’t put it together properly at all and I am scared to put my body weight on it. I am so used to Bedframes.shop being so helpful in these situations but neither Bedframes.shop or the seller themselves are willing to work with me on a refund or even a replacement item. I have only ever had two other issues out of Bedframes.shop and they fixed it ASAP. I am so disappointed to have spent so much money on this and they can’t even send me a replacement part without me sending the WHOLE thing back, I’d have to purchase boxes and stuff to send it back and that’s even if I could lift it I barely got it in my house the first time lol. Everything else would have been perfect but not being able to literally put screws where they are needed makes the whole thing unusable. Edit- after what felt like pulling teeth from Bedframes.shop the actual seller did end up getting back to me and offered a partial refund or to send me a whole other frame which was super thoughtful. I’m still definitely baffled by how I was treated by Bedframes.shop employees considering I’ve never ever had a bad experience until now BUT the seller themselves definitely made things right and now that the issue has been solved and can confidently say the bed frame is very worth it. Like I said to begin with, it missing holes was all that was ever wrong with it in the first place!

    I had gone to a furniture store. And found a nice set up with solid wood and under storage. With in two hours after delivery and assembly, I called and said nope for so many reasons. One was the stability wood slates that were weak… after a few days looking I can across this set up. All metal, slim design, and 1,000$ cheaper. Super easy to put together. Very solid the braces are metal great support. It not to low so easy to stand and get up.. did get a pool noodle for the support legs… toes are happy now.

    Very easy to assemble. i did it by myself and it took me like 1hr 30 minutes. Instructions are easy to understand and quality is 10/10. Slide resistance is alright, the metal that goes in the middle has like a rubber that avoids the bed to slide.

    Seems like a nice solid bed frame, only problem is one of the footboard legs is crushed, just need a new footboard not the whole bed, but it looks like they want to charge me for shipping their product back. Need to just send me the footboard and I’ll send the damaged footboard back, but they need to make it right and pay for shipping on both the return and replacement

    **Updated to add that customer service was great. They were very responsive to my concerns, they were prompt, clear, and compassionate. They offered to send a replacement, but my son didn’t feel comfortable risking it for a product that failed with under a month of use. It’s a safety concern. I stand by my poor rating on the BED FRAME, but the company was great! My hope is that it was a one off and others don’t experience similar issues. I purchased this bed frame for my son and daughter in law. It was delivered in a beat up box with some of the parts sticking out & caked in mud. My son opted to keep it because there didn’t appear to be any damage to the frame, just mud that needed to be cleaned off. They have had it for a month and the frame support legs buckled in the middle of the night on them. The bed now sags severely in the middle, and each time they sit in the bed it gets a bit worse. We are 2 days outside the return window & we now have a bedframe that is not usable. We have contacted the seller and are awaiting a response in regards to returning for a full refund. It’s a shame the quality is so bad because it’s a cute bed. Hopefully they make it right. I will edit my review once we reach a resolution.

    Don’t buy this if you’re doing so for the outlets on the headboard. First night I tried them, they put out a very high pitched noise while charging my phone and I could see this being a major fire hazard. I immediately unplugged my charger, and then the bed’s plug from the wall. Other than that, it’s a simple frame. Easy enough to put together. I used some plywood to add extra support for my mattress.

    I really like this bed for my rustic cabin in the mountains. It wasn’t easy to put together but well worth it. There are no rails to keep the mattress from sliding around, but on the flipside it’s easier to put sheets on. Happy with purchase.
