   I always start reading the 1-star reviews before making any purchase. It’s good to know what the problems may be ahead of clicking that “Check-Out” button attached to your cart. I was prepared ahead of time for the tools I knew I needed ( see the photo above)…yes you are going to need these tools to assemble this frame, so go ahead and get out there and round up everything you will need. The useless wrench that is included with these is a complete waste of time, and a “knuckle-buster” ( to say the least). Yes, you are going to need a rubber mallet. In my case, I ran into a BIG Glitch right out of the box ! (See the photos of the BENT post). Instead of dealing with sending this thing back, or waiting a few weeks for a replacement post, I just got out my trusty hammer and pounded the thing into place so it could slide into the adjoining post. I had one slight problem at the end with this malformed section when it came time to insert the screw. I loosened up the other screw and was able to make this end fit together securely. Now to the “nuts & bolts” and the honest review of this product….it is so well designed ( an engineering marvel to behold ) and after everything is assembled it is “Extremely Sturdy” !!!! I have a heavy iSerta Hybrid Queen Mattress , and it is well supported on this frame. I did use the advise from a previous review, and I used a fitted sheet on the underside of the mattress , but it is not necessary to keep this mattress from sliding. It took a good 2 hours to assemble ( this was due to the bent section that had to be pounded into shape )…there was nothing complicated and the instruction book was simple to follow along… ( all pictures ). In the future, if need be, this frame will be easy-peazy to break down and fold up for moving. I am proudly giving a FIVE STAR rating, and think this is one of the best bangs for my piddily, ever shrinking, buck.

   This bed frame is great. I like my bed to sit up high so finding a tall bed frame for a good price was difficult until i came across this one. most bed frames like this one on Bedframes.shop were 12-16” for $80+ but this 18” was on sale for $87 so i thought it was a great deal. Putting it together was easy peasy lemon squeezy. it took myself and another person less than 30 minutes and like no effort at all. using an electric drill helped a lot with that. but even doing it with the tools provided, it’s super easy. shouldnt take longer than 45 minutes. they give you just enough screws for everything and the slats have adhesive tape so there’s no sliding. my mattress is about 10” so the height of my bed is perfect and there’s plenty of storage space underneath. it also folds down the middle for easy moving and it’s not too heavy (imo). i’m so glad i found this frame. the quality is great and i’ll have it for a long while.

   Be aware that there is a leg in the middle on either side that is in the mathematically perfect place to stub all five toes of your foot simultaneously. I would rather have stepped on Legos. I suggest using one of the foam strips from the packaging and taping it to the bottom of the leg as you see the photos. I would also suggest having another person to help you assemble or assembling it right side up. If you assemble it upside down by yourself it’s difficult to flip over because the hinged joints will turn a relatively simple endeavor into a comedy of errors as you try to use both hands and both feet to flip it over without half of it folding inward on you.

   It is easy to set it up. But I had a problem with the piece E. I doesn’t fit correctly. The size is incorrect so you can’t finish the last part. Looks like can work without those two screws, but could be better.

It was extremely easy to put together & all of the parts were correct. I mainly ordered this for the height as I will be using the underneath for storage! It also has where you can add your own headboard. No creaking, no wobbling. It is definitely worth the price!! 10/10

   Set it up, no missing parts. Long lasting and perfect size! I like the height. The corner plastic covers fall off easily so im just going to throw away, wish they would just snap on or find a way to stick. Overall great product!

   Considering the fair price, I will say the frame is decent. It seems sturdy, it was a fairly easy build, and it is what it’s advertised as. The under-bed storage is great and exactly what I was looking for. BUT, the 4 pieces that form the frame are shipped folded up and you unfold them when you assemble. One of the pieces did not unfold enough – meaning it did not straighten out fully in comparison to the other 3 pieces. My mistake, I should’ve stopped there and got a replacement. However, I finished assembling the frame and now the leg does not touch the floor. Keep in mind, I have a THICK and HEAVY mattress. The leg still does not reach the floor. I am not sure how much this would compromise support or stability if any – but it is something to keep in mind. It’s a hassle to unbox all of the pieces, begin assembly, realize you have a wonky part, AND then wait on a replacement before you can finish. I am disappointed with this – I was very excited to get this frame in but this one manufacturing error really irks me. I have only slept on it for one night and I have no complaint of any wobbling or noise. It does feel like a solid piece but this one simple mess up is frustrating. **2nd picture shows under the frame & all other legs sit perfectly on the floor** ** Other reviews encouraged to not tighten screws all the way until the end – this helped the stability SO much. If you plan on purchasing, this is something I would highly recommend doing so you don’t have to redo any steps.

    Great sturdy easy to assemble bedframe – BUT the very last part the cross bars that support the middle of the frame had misaligned holes and I was unable to attach one side of the center bars to the middle of the frame. I’ll duct tape them in place but this is a manufacturing flaw. Section E if anyone who can fix this is reading – about 3-4 mm’s off.

    Bought it mainly to have more storage and optimize my room more, not sound proof at all, does squeak but it’s not a deal breaker. For the space it provides, it’s still a win. Was easy to assemble too! Update: I placed in the furniture leg pads… problem solve!!! Little to no squeaks as to compare with it without the pads

    This frame was easy for a senior to assemble by herself. Absolutely no problems, use my own tool to tighten the screws. My only issue is, purchased, and shipped by Bedframes.shop, they could have offered toe pads. Ouch!!!!

    I would like to preface this review by letting you know that I am extremely frugal and will search forever to find a bargain on a really great quality item…

    It happened. I got this on sale for like $46 I think free shipping it was only 40 lb so super easy to move into the room to assemble it.

    I refer to the instructions a couple times but honestly even without instructions I think this bed would be extremely simple to put together. I did it by myself and it was almost a no-brainer. The only thing you really need to check for is what type of screw goes where. The good thing is if someone is helping you, they do include two hex keys. Also awesome to have spare just in case. A couple of spare screws would have been nice but they do give you spare plastic pieces that the little bars go on. This bed is extremely sturdy, really great storage space underneath and lightweight if you ever need to move it. I’m extremely pleased with this purchase and would absolutely buy again. You knocked it out of the park Bedframes.shop! Worth every penny.

    Good solid packaging and all parts were there. It took me less then an hour to put it together using the Allen wrench included and following directions (but I love Ikea furniture and puzzles). In our cross country move we misplaced the screws for our bed-frame, so I replaced it with this. It is taller/higher and I figured after 5 years it was fine replacing the old one. Our old one had an edge that held the mattress in place. This one does not- as one who grew up on the metric system, there ain’t 5mm for anything. Also as you can see it does not fit our brand new Zinus 12” queen. The mattress is almost a full one inch longer and a bit wider. So even if there was an edge… We will see how it will hold up.

    The holes are ok you just need to place a couple and then tide them down. 1 plastic cover came broken I had to use duck tape it works ok, other than that bed is easy to assemble and it’s sturdy. I recommend to place the sticky supports alternated so it will have more force if you feel like your mattress needs it. Mine didn’t need it.

    This bed frame is amazing! There is room for so much storage underneath it. The bed feels sturdy, I was thinking it might dip down in between the slats, but it don’t. This is in my spare room, so it’s not for everyday sleeping, but it seems sturdy enough that it could be for daily use.

    Nous voulions un cadre assez haut pour pouvoir ranger des caisses en dessous. Et effectivement, c’est parfait pour cela. Le montage était facile et rapide. En revanche, le cadre n’est pas très stable. Il bouge dès qu’on s’y tourne et grince bcp. Je le recommande donc uniquement en lit d’appoint ou pour un jeune enfant.

    Looks complicated but really easy to assemble. Did it by myself in about 40 min. However…when you get to the very last step (part E) is The beams are too short and cannot be screwed together! Extremely frustrating. Many reviews with same issue! Since it’s the main support piece, the whole frame shifts when you move and the other beams start falling apart! Don’t bother! Keep looking. Save your money!

    If it is adult sleeping on this bed frame, you will probably be good! Unfortunately for us, this is our son’s bed frame and he is a toddler. He loves to go under his bed, but the rungs on the bottom are not secured. They are just dropped into slots. So when he goes under the bed he always knocks them lose. At that point we have to go in and move his whole mattress to put them all back in. I would say because of that, I knocked down the functionality in my reviews. It does seem to be built well and has held up despite his attempts of destruction. It is just annoying how it comes apart. It looks fine. Nothing special. You could get way prettier, but for the price it’s what you’d expect. It

    I read ALOT of reviews before finally deciding to purchase this bed. But I’m glad I did! So, here’s what I can tell you. The box isn’t too heavy but it is a little awkward to carry. The frame was well packaged, lots of foam protecting the pieces… After reading about missing parts, bolts and tools, I am happy to say that every piece was accounted for. Assembling was super easy! The time consuming part was screwing in all of the bolts with that little wrench. So put on some tunes, grab a cold one and proceed! It’s very easy to move around once complete and it’s very sturdy! I put those little felt pads under each leg so it wouldn’t scratch the floor (it does have rubber pads already) and it makes it much quieter to slide around, hopefully not bothering my neighbor below. I love that it’s tall enough to store things under it. I recently downsized to a studio apartment with ZERO closet space. I’d recommend this bed frame, honestly. As a side note, it is a bit high for my dog to jump on, so I did have to get him a little step. But he loves the bed too!

    Sturdy frame, mostly silent. It holds a lot of weight without straining it. I wish it was a few inches higher so you could fit plastic tubs under it. Oh well, can store suitcases or cardboard boxes easily. Rounded ends keep your shins from bruising but be careful not to stub your toes on the middle support leg. Worst part of assembly was the screws. It feels like the holes were not measured out correctly and not every screw goes in easily or even straight.

    The frame was very easy to put together, it seems sturdy, good quality. The storage space underneath was exactly what we were looking for. After putting it together, I did notice that the 3 bars in the middle didn’t touch the floor, even when we moved it completely off the rug then completely on the rug.     This item is PERFECT!! It was so easy to assemble and set up, it took approximately 20 minutes. It is sturdy and tall. Brilliant design! The metal slats come slightly arched for added support & already have a gentle double-sided tape so the mattress won’t slip & slide. It had made my life more comfortable, easy and functions well. No squeaks or sounds. I am very pleased! (The bunkie board was a separate purchase, because I’m heavier so I wanted extra support for my mattress, but it’s completely unnecessary.)
