    When we first unpacked the pieces we were pleased with the quality…and then we started finding broken and splintered pieces. It was broken on the end leg piece and not useable. I contacted the company via email and they haven’t been responsive to sending new parts, so we’re sending it back. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Love the looks of this bed. I put it together all by myself and I’m 67 so if I can do it you can do it. I find this bed very sturdy!     This bed frame is really well constructed, and looks phenomenal. I love that it’s proper wood construct, especially for the price point. The frame is very solidly built.

    It was relatively easy to put together alone, a bit awkward at times, but manageable and only took me about 45 minutes after getting everything out of the box.

    It was also packaged with such care which speaks wonders to the care for quality. As much as I don’t love the added plastic, all the styrofoam was encased in sealed plastic keeping it contained and from making a mess. each wood piece was also wrapped in thin covering to protect it from getting scratched by other pieces.

    All in all, would highly recommend if you’re considering this bed frame.

    This is unfortunate. The bed looks like great quality for the price. The wood looks solid. The leg prices they sent me while labeled number 2 and 3 they were the exact same part and will not work. They are both are number 2s. There is no contact info on Bedframes.shop or on the instructions. So I have to rebox everything and send it back. In all reality if I could just get them to send me the right part I would be great. Will not buy furniture from Bedframes.shop again unless I know there is a manufacture contact and customer service number. Extremely disappointed!!

Easy to assemble with minimal yelling. 😀. Appears to be real wood. Seen very similar mid century modern designs on other websites for a lot more money and they are not even made with real wood! Great purchase.

    The pieces fit together well during assembly. This is key!! Way too often, the real furniture that shows up doesn’t have holes drilled properly etc, and the piece doesn’t live up to the beautiful photo of a product online. This was not the case. Love this company! They sent a cute thank you card and a little wooden Acacia gift (I think a bottle opener to put on the wall). Super happy!

    We purchased the “caramel” king size headboard. This is a beautiful, somewhat rustic headboard. We purchased this for a mountain retreat and are very happy with it. The legs and frame are sturdy and holding a 14″ king size memory foam mattress. The quality is high with smooth boards.

    One issue: the package was delivered slightly banged up. It did not look like there should be any damage and yet, one of the headboard legs was broken. We were heartbroken. At first Bedframes.shop said it would have to be returned. As I said, this is in the mountains so it would not be easy. We just wanted a replacement leg. Bedframes.shop reached out to the vendor and then connected us. They said they would help with the return if we were not able to find a resolution. The vendor was great. They asked for pictures and a description which we provided. They then agreed to send us the leg. They sent it right away. We received it and it is in place and looks great.

    This is a very attractive bed especially considering the price point. once assembled it seems very sturdy. However getting it assembled was a bit of a challenge. The instructions are a bit lacking but we got it done. I would suggest two people do the build and the overall package is very heavy but it is well packaged and complete.

    The bed is beautiful. It was very easy to put together and is very sturdy. My only complaint is that they had the wrong bolts included ( twice as many of the short ones and not enough of the long ones). I was able to find something that worked at a specialty bolt store, but that delayed putting the bed together. When I contacted the company they said they would reimburse me $20 for my trouble, but I never received the money. I have no complaints about the actual bed though

    I originally had a queen size frame and when I upgraded my bed to a king I went with this same brand. Both times I was very happy with the product. It looks nice, doesn’t squeak and is easy to assemble. We’ve had close to 700 lbs (3 people, 1 dog, and the mattress) on the king with no issues.

Very easy for my husband to assemble. Came with tools and my husband even kept them because he found them handy. I have not seen any chips, or defective parts. Holds up well for… adult activities lol.

    Simple and clean lines make this platform bed look great in any bedroom! The wood is softer than I’d like, but it is sturdy and well made. Fairly simple to assemble and packaged well. Two screw slots were a bit off, so it took a bit to align and screw the bolts in. I did not want to force it and end up stripping the threads. Also, two of the headboard pieces had some noticeable blemishes in the finish. And one had a good scratch on it. I’ll contact the seller and see what can be done. Bulky items like this is not easy to repackage for a return, so I’m hoping the seller will suggest what to do. I’d still recommend. The blemish isn’t a seller issue. We took photos of the two pieces that have very noticeable blemishes (2 of the headboard pieces). Still waiting for seller response.

So, I wasted 2 hours assembling and another hour Un assembling for the return. Them I had to order a new frame and assemble that one!     The bed arrived perfect, we loved it, put it together easily, and then – put our queen size mattress on it, and guess what, it was a KING frame! I Its a huge pain to repackage for return. This all just happened today so we will see if UPS actually picks it up Monday like they are supposed to. In the meantime, we like it enough to order it again. Hopefully we will get the correct size.

    We bought this frame for our guest bedroom. We set it up a few weeks ago and initially loved the frame. Was easy to assemble and looked amazing. Seemed extremely sturdy and a quality piece. We went into the guest bedroom earlier this week and noticed that one of the wood joints had sagged causing a huge crack to appear in the center of the side support. We were a little frustrated and disappointed with the defective piece but understand the nature of manufacturing. The real frustration came with our attempt to get a replacement piece. Bedframes.shop is requiring us to deconstruct the ENTIRE bed, somehow find a box big enough to fit everything in, and then have UPS pick up from our house with an adult present, but provides absolutely no scheduling options. Beyond frustrating and beyond unreasonable.

    This bed frame broke in two vital spots in only two years of use. It cracked once on the wooden part that holds the slat up. I removed the screws and reseated them in different spots, which worked for about a month. Then, the actual SIDE OF THE BED FRAME CRACKED. The screws are barely in the wood even a quarter of an inch. The actual thick parts of the wooden bed frame are just small pieces of wood glued together in a really shoddy fashion. I could’ve bought a 100 dollar metal bed frame and not had to worry about. I highly recommend you avoid this product.

    To Acacia’s manufacturing team, as other reviews also point out, there are serious defects with your processes. My bed came with holes drilled incorrectly (they were dislocated in one pillar). As a result you can see, the horizontal boards in the headboard are tilted. Highly disappointed by the product. UPDATE: I had returned the product expecting a full refund, but Bedframes.shop deducted $100 from my refund! They said that I was partially responsible for this defect because of bad repackaging. Really frustrating and disappointing!

    Looks great and was easy to assemble! Super flimsy though. The middle supports don’t really stay straight and I was always trying to readjust it. The joinery is really flimsy and I found myself needing to pick up extra supports. I’ve had the bed for two years and I’m finally getting rid of it as the footboard piece has completely broken as shown. This would be good as a guest bedroom bed that doesn’t get used a lot but you want it to look good.
